In this meditation,
We are going to completely let go and visit the moon.
So first,
Get comfortable and let go of all your thoughts.
Just focusing on your breathing and noticing how the air comes in and out,
In and out.
Now take a deep breath.
And as you exhale,
Visualize that everything that does no longer belong to you,
It's been cleared away.
And also notice that for every time you breathe,
You go deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Noticing your legs,
Very heavy and very relaxed.
In this relaxation,
Climbing to your tummy area,
To your torso,
Your arms and your back.
Feeling the muscles of your face completely relaxed to a point that your jaw just hangs.
And make sure that your eyes are completely closed if you haven't closed them already.
Continue observing your breathing and noticing how you disconnect more and more from reality.
As it is time for your own enjoyment.
It is time for you.
And as you let go,
You notice as if you started to float.
Feel the floating sensation.
But remember,
Your physical body is resting safely.
So you are only going to have a profound enjoyment.
Not losing your relaxation.
Deeply,
Deeply relaxed but to enjoy.
As you continue floating,
You can observe your home,
Your neighborhood and even your city.
Slowly you are going up and up,
Getting farther away from the noise of the city and the dizziness of life.
Find yourself now above the clouds.
And take a few moments to observe this beautiful world.
Notice the peace.
Notice the happiness.
And notice how you continue to go deeper and deeper into relaxation.
And you keep slowly gliding and levitating more and more,
Floating farther and farther away.
And you notice how the sky starts to reveal the beauty of space and stars.
It's almost as if it's getting to be night the higher you go.
To a point that you find yourself surrounded by a sea of stars.
And you take a moment to look back and to observe the curvature of the earth.
And you are grateful because this blue planet is your home.
You got the sun,
Another blessing to be grateful for.
As well as the stars and the moon.
You feel drawn to go to the moon.
So you start to glide towards there and your excitement grows,
Not losing your relaxation.
Slowly deeply relaxed but approaching the magnificent moon.
And as you do,
You land there.
Take a moment to look around.
To observe the vast lands of the moon.
Enjoying its silence.
Where you can let go of absolutely everything.
Witness the earth and observe how beautiful it is.
This is your home and it might be calling you back.
So you decide it's time to come back.
So you start flying back to earth.
Gently entering the planet.
Flying through a sea of clouds.
Starting to observe your city.
Your neighborhood.
Your home.
And your body.
You are now going to re-enter your body.
Completely unwind it.
And completely renewed.
Take a few moments to slowly stretch.
Your hands and fingers.
Your feet and toes.
Slowly moving your arms and your legs.
Your neck left and right.
Slowly filling your surroundings and feeling completely your physical body.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes.
And welcome home.
