Do you feel a warm wave of relaxing energy flowing through your feet?
To your legs,
Covering them completely and reaching your torso.
Your legs are so relaxed that you cannot move them,
Even if you try to.
You feel this relaxation taking over your tummy and chest areas.
Making your arms very heavy and warm.
Notice this energy filling up your head.
Bringing a deeper relaxation where all the muscles of your face are relaxed.

You notice a strong vibration flowing through your body.

It is time to let go completely of ideas and beliefs that might not be correct.
And instead for you to feel it in first person.
You feel as if this vibration is pushing stuff away from your body.
This represents those thoughts that serve no purpose right now.
You are feeling deeply at peace.
Since it's like you are cleansing unnecessary clutter.
You feel very grateful too,
Because you realize you had some ideas that probably were not aligned with your needs.
As you continue feeling this energy around your body and mind.
You notice a lot of energy building up in your heart.
Third eye and crown chakras.
It feels like the energy is more intense.
But it is very soothing at the same time.
And you feel even more connected and relaxed.
This energy is expanding these three chakras so you can match the vibrations of the spirit.
Connect with the spirit.
And interpret anything you receive.
Allow this energy to keep growing while your relaxation keeps deepening.

You understand that you are connecting to the divine and it might be as simple.
As a loved one in spirit.
Or it could be one of your spirit guides,
Or perhaps your higher self.
You can feel that this presence is channeling powerful white light energy.
Straight into your crown chakra.
You feel the energy going even stronger.
You almost get emotional because of the huge amount of love that you are perceiving.
But not losing your focus.
You find that everything is perfect.
And this is how it truly feels to be connected to the Divine.
