Core Cutting gets over complicated online.
Today we are doing the opposite.
Clean definitions,
Real uses and what your spirit guides will and will not do.
This is powerful energy work,
But it's not a bomb with two wires.
So we are going to talk about what the core cutting is,
Where it comes from,
When it's appropriate,
When you should not do it,
How to prepare so it works better,
And a simple way to do your part after a session so the release sticks.
But first we are going to do a small exercise.
Place your hand on your heart and inhale 1,
2,
3,
4 and exhale 1,
2,
3,
5,
6 and quietly state,
I release what no longer belongs to me.
When you connect with someone,
You don't only connect physically,
You create energetic ties.
Sometimes you remove someone from your life externally,
But the emotional,
Energetic link remains.
Core cuttings are rituals for clearing negative emotional ties,
When it serves the highest purpose.
And here the spirit guides assist with the release.
But as an important myth busting,
Your guides won't leave you stranded,
And you can't ruin your life with one ritual the way some fear-based content claims.
If a cord is not meant to be cut,
It won't cut,
Even if you try it.
The work is directed by the spirits.
You may wonder when you should do a core cutting.
First,
It's for toxic relationships causing emotional harm.
When the connection serves no purpose and brings consistent negativity,
Releasing the tie supports your well-being.
Breakup,
Relocation,
Career changes.
Your reality changed.
Even if the past version of life was better,
You live here now.
Core cutting helps release attachment so you can build the next chapter cleanly.
Old beliefs and limiting self-beliefs.
Sometimes you release a belief intellectually,
But it still lingers in the background.
Cutting cords with old programming can be surprisingly effective.
Narcissistic and controlling dynamics.
Whether you're suffering it or acting it out,
These ties need clean distance.
You note that these do not belong to you,
And once you work on it,
They leave you energetically completely.
And when should not do it?
Most situations don't require a core cutting.
And there are two key wordings here.
If you're angry,
Don't act immediately.
Things can shift later.
If you're not ready to let go,
The ritual won't work for you in that intention.
So avoid forcing it.
There is a little subtle risk that you could name it as premature cutting.
And here is if the connection is still healthy and relevant,
You might catch something that could have remained a nice-to-have connection.
But again,
If it's only not meant to cut it,
It won't cut.
But discernment matters here.
And if it's relevant or irrelevant,
Whether it's cut or not,
Then it could go in the direction of a mistake.
But ultimately the guides prevent this by following their guidance.
So how to magnify results?
The energy work is not only about the healer,
It's also about you.
So presence magnifies the healing.
As a small preparation checklist,
First I'm giving you emotional stability.
If emotions are extremely intense,
Consider waiting.
Release can bring more feelings up before it feels better.
So don't overwhelm your chakra system nor your nervous system.
Then journaling emotions and memories.
Track how you feel after.
And also,
Part of the release is not continuously feeding the connection by thinking about it.
Write what you want to attract with the releases.
Affirmations and visualization.
Projecting love and gratitude increases positive vibration.
And by affirming,
You also train conscious and unconscious mind towards that new reality.
So as a practical support recommendation,
Nature walking is fantastic,
Mild socializing if you like it,
And having reflection time.
Because integration matters.
So how to do it?
And what's your part after?
Every living being can move energy to some extent.
Many people guard cat naturally by setting a clear intention from the heart.
If someone is tricky at tune or can't channel energy,
Visualize the energetic core attaching you to the person and cut it.
If the akashic records show nothing important to keep,
This session can be extremely efficient.
So the critical part is the behavior after the ritual.
You should act as the connection is gone,
Even if it feels like role play at first.
Like being in the same office and choosing to be unaffected.
This becomes easier,
And it's the last push for your programming to complete the release.
Imagine a helium balloon tied to you.
You cut a thread.
The balloon floats away,
But you still can see it for a while.
Don't keep looking up,
Look forward.
Eventually the balloon disappears.
That's the release.
So to recap,
The core cut is clearing negative emotional ties when it serves your highest purpose.
Disturbance matters.
Preparation magnifies results.
And your post-ritual behavior determines how fast that balloon disappears.

What are you ready to release?
An old tie?
An old belief?
Or perhaps an old identity?
If you believe this can help anyone,
Please feel free to share it with them.
