In this meditation,
We are going to take a relaxing bath at the beautiful lake.
So get comfortable and slowly close your eyes.
Take a deep breath.
And as you exhale,
Let go of all your thoughts.
Good.
As you start to feel more relaxed,
You already notice that your consciousness starts to travel.
Your imagination takes you to a familiar place,
Surrounded by trees.
However,
You notice something else,
Something new,
Something that wasn't there before,
As familiar as it is to you.
You observe a small pathway and you want to walk through it.
And as you do,
You observe a beautiful lake.
The energy is wonderful when you feel joyful,
Very happy,
Not losing relaxation,
But very,
Very grateful because you realize that this lake wasn't there before.
Or maybe it was hidden and you just found it.
This will enable you to receive powerful healing.
So allow yourself to approach it,
To enter it,
Do as you feel like,
Until I call you back.
Maybe you want to come back home.
And if you do,
You are going to take this wonderful energy with you.
If you do,
Feel gratitude for the wonderful experience and remember you can come here anytime you want.
Maybe you prefer to continue.
And as you do,
You feel very drawn to touch the lake unless you already enter it.
As you go,
You notice how warm and cozy the water is.
These sensations of warmth are bringing you deeper into relaxation.
It's a wonderful feeling that climbs up your legs,
Filling up your entire torso and relaxing completely the muscles of your back.
Notice how your arms,
Hands and fingers are deeply relaxed.
They are so relaxed that you can't move them even if you try.
Your mind is also clearing from all thoughts.
And you notice a beautiful and familiar scent.
Is it a flower?
Is it the water?
Or is maybe the entire lake as a whole?
You feel a loving and friendly presence,
Maybe more than one.
It may be someone familiar or has a friendly feeling.
But you realize that this presence is about one thing only.
And this is to nurture your body,
Mind and spirit.
Your heart fills up with gratitude.
As you feel they are taking very good care of you.
So let go and continue receiving as I call you back.
You find in your heart that it's time to go.
As you find yourself giving thanks for this experience.
Take a deep breath.
And as you exhale,
You find yourself back in the room.
Feeling your body and gently stretching it.
Once you are ready,
Open your eyes.
And welcome home.
