Take this moment to prepare yourself into a comfortable position,
The posture of meditation most gravitating towards you.
Just arrange yourself in that posture,
Preparing yourself to go through this journey.
Whatever posture you're in,
Just take this moment to settle in it by feeling those breathing motions through the nose,
Softly in and softly out.
Close your eyes and just feel the heaviness of your eyelids,
Feeling the breath that you take,
Noticing the sensation of your body as the size becomes bigger and smaller as you breathe,
And feel support in the areas that are touching the ground,
And feel that firmness wherever you feel it as you breathe.
Observe the sounds around you.
Observe them,
But don't allow them to affect you,
And just breathe through that awareness.
Now,
The sounds that you hear pulsate against the ears,
And feel that pressure,
Breathing deeply and slowly,
And feel that pulsation against the ears,
Expanding throughout the head,
And feel that vibration as you breathe.
Notice what's happening inside of the head as you feel that pulsation,
Notice how it feels,
Notice your reaction towards it,
And continue to breathe and to focus as you feel everything vibrating,
Feel an openness through the area of your head,
Expanding,
Opening the space,
And feeling the edges of that space be the vibration that you feel as you breathe slowly and deeply,
And notice the pressure at the top of the head,
Directing your attention to the north,
The very point above your head,
And between the pressure on top of your head and the sensation inside of your head.
Feel a door between both of those worlds,
And envision that door.
Notice what it looks like,
The details that you take notice to as you breathe slowly and deeply,
Taking every moment in,
Notice how big or small the door is,
And notice the way you react towards it,
The very first emotion or mental thought that arises,
And just breathe through that observation,
And in front of the door,
Notice how much space there is for you to walk through it,
And towards it.
Slowly find yourself taking one footstep at a time towards the door,
And notice which foot goes front and forward,
And notice the sensation as you approach the door,
And what you feel,
And gently place your palm against the door itself,
Let it lay there.
Find yourself closing your eyes into the darkness,
And notice what you feel from the door,
A feeling,
An emotion,
A thought,
And just take time here to breathe slowly and deeply,
Notice any memories that come through the mind,
And through your visions,
And just scan them,
Breathe through them,
Allowing the breath to process,
And slowly place your hand onto the doorknob,
And gently turn it,
And notice if the door opens towards you,
Or away from you,
As you gently open the door,
And through that opening,
Find yourself in the deep space of the universe,
As you look towards that very vision through the door,
Notice how you feel as you look towards it,
How you feel emotionally,
And just breathe through that knowing,
And hear the depthness of your breath,
Hear the sound that you breathe through the space around you,
In front of you,
And gently allow yourself to walk through the doorway,
Into the space,
And notice how you approach it,
As you breathe deeply here,
As you're in space,
Notice if you're levitating,
Or standing on an unseen solid ground,
And notice in which direction you walk towards in space,
Which you feel pulled towards to,
And allow yourself to go in that direction,
Walk very slowly,
Or levitate through the motion of that direction,
And notice what you feel,
Continue this motion,
Just allow yourself to breathe,
Listen to the sound of your breath around you,
Echoing through the space,
Continue to hear the pounding of your breath,
Notice the colors,
Lighting through the space of darkness,
Notice which color you feel most gravitate towards,
And look towards it,
Breathing deeply,
And slowly,
As you focus on that color,
Maybe see light,
Flashing by you,
Holding memories and faces,
Notice which one catches your attention the most,
Become aware of it as you breathe,
As you continue to listen to the echoes of the breath,
Through the space around you,
And slowly,
The light of that very color you feel gravitate towards,
Comes towards you,
And however way it does,
And gently blankets over your body,
Notice that sensation and how it wraps on the body,
And where,
Breathing slowly and deeply,
Notice the sensation that you feel,
And slowly,
That light of that very color,
Blankets over your eyes and covers your vision,
As you see nothing but that very color streaming through your vision,
But continue to hear the breath surrounding you,
And notice how you feel,
As it blinds your vision into that very color,
Notice the memories,
The faces,
And the thoughts streaming through it,
And breathe,
And feel your exhales,
Fading away that light of color,
Into the vision of snow,
And icebergs,
Out in front of you,
As the blue,
Or the orange,
Or the red light fades away,
And see nothing but the white,
Surfacing around you,
The landscapes of nature,
Blanketed by snow,
And icebergs,
And the vast sky,
Notice the details that you see there,
Find yourself standing through this landscape,
Taking those very deep,
And slow breaths,
And feeling the cool sensation,
Releasing from your nose,
And the cool sensation,
Breezing through the nose,
As you breathe in,
Feel the gentle coldness,
Caressing your body,
But continue to breathe,
To acknowledge,
And to simply to feel,
Feeling alive through the skin,
And through your lungs,
Breathing through that sensation,
Continue to look around you,
Noticing what you see,
And how you feel from it,
Hearing the echoes of the wind,
Alongside your breath,
And slowly take one step at a time,
Hearing the crunching of the snow against your feet,
Notice which way you're walked towards,
In what direction,
Noticing all that you feel in this moment,
Notice how lonely you feel,
Notice that feeling to be lonely,
But as you look around you,
Notice the aliveness that surrounds you,
The cold,
The snow,
The white streams of light through the landscape,
And through this very sensation,
As you take those nice,
Deep inhales,
Allow yourself to feel that aliveness of cold,
Rushing through your body,
And connecting to that sensation,
With every inhale,
And the cold wind,
Rushing through your ears,
Hear the whispers of unseen forces,
Sharing words,
Love,
And insights towards you,
And listen to that communication,
So take this moment to listen,
And notice what you hear through the winds,
As you breathe,
And whenever you hear the very message,
Allow it to be visible through your mind,
And feel that vibration of those very words,
Lingering on the top of the head,
And inside your mind,
And hear it pounding its force,
Through you,
And take those deep breaths,
To listen,
And to feel its vibration through the mind,
And through the top of the head,
Every inhale,
Feel the gentle opening,
More and more,
To allow yourself,
To listen deeply,
Hear the sounds around you,
And notice that you're not so alone,
After all,
You are connected,
To all that's around you,
And breathe through that knowing,
In this very moment,
And notice how you feel,
Emotionally,
Mentally,
Notice the feelings that roam through your body,
In this moment,
And as you take a very long inhale,
Feel it inhale,
Rise a sensation,
Roaming up you,
Into the top of the head,
As it rises and rises,
And hold on to the breath,
And exhale,
Feel it drop,
Wherever it goes,
Inhale very deeply,
And slowly,
Feeling that sensation,
Rise through the body,
To the top of the head,
And hold on to that sensation,
And release,
As it drops,
Wherever it goes,
Inhale deeply,
To feel the sensation,
Rising to the top of the head,
And hold on to that sensation,
And exhale,
Allowing it to let go,
From here,
Breathe through the nose,
In and out,
Notice the sensation of the ground,
Underneath you,
And feel that firmness,
Notice the sounds that you hear,
Around you,
Take this moment to listen,
And to feel,
And slowly start to wiggle through the toes and fingers,
Maybe roll through the wrists and ankles,
Looking over to the right,
And to the left,
To the right,
And to the left,
Bring yourself back to center,
If you're laying down,
Gently bring yourself up,
To seated,
And as we're here,
Just feel the sensation,
That you feel the top of the head,
Become aware,
Of all that you feel,
Gently bring your hands together,
Into a prayer pose,
And bring it into your heart,
Breathing through the nostrils,
In and out,
Namaste.
