Welcome to this meditation.

Today we'll journey inward to connect with the deep wisdom and guidance of our intuition.

So find a quiet comfortable space where you won't be disturbed.

Whether seated or lying down,

Make sure your spine is straight and your body relaxed.

Gently close your eyes and begin by taking a deep breath in,

Filling your lungs completely and slowly exhaling,

Releasing any tension or distractions.

With each breath allow yourself to sink deeper into the present moment.

Let the world outside fade as you turn your attention inward.

Bring your focus to your body.

Start from your toes,

Just noticing your toes and then slowly moving your attention upwards,

Scanning each part.

Release any tension as you move your awareness.

Feel grounded and anchored to this moment.

Shift your attention to the area around your heart,

Your heart center.

Imagine a soft radiant light glowing there,

Its warmth spreading with each breath.

Now picture here a calm serene pool of water.

Its surface is still reflecting the vast sky above.

When the water is calm,

It offers clarity.

As you breathe,

Ask yourself silently,

What do I need to know?

Allow any images,

Feelings or thoughts to surface like gentle ripples on the water.

Don't force or judge anything that arises.

Simply observe as you continue to breathe and focus on the pool.

Trust that your intuition will guide you.

It might communicate through feelings,

Memories,

Sensations or symbols.

Whatever surfaces accept it without judgment.

Take a deep breath and express silent gratitude for any insights or messages you received,

Even if they were subtle or unclear.

Slowly bring your awareness back to your physical surroundings.

Feel the surface beneath you.

Listen to any sounds around and gently wiggle your fingers and toes when you're ready.

You open your eyes and return fully to the present moment.

Carry the connection to your intuition with you,

Allowing it to guide and support you in your daily life.
