Welcome to this meditation.

Find a comfortable position either lying down or sitting up with your spine straight.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath.

Feel your body.

Connect with your physical body.

Then bring your attention to your natural breath.

Notice your breath wherever it is easiest for you.

Maybe you feel it in your nostrils,

In your throat,

Your chest or your abdomen.

Connect to the gentleness of your breath.

Become aware that you are the observer.

Notice your breath and your physical body at the same time.

Notice how every breath brings peace with it and clarity of thought.

And now bring your awareness to the center between your eyebrows.

Soften this point and relax.

Imagine a tiny point of light in the center between your eyebrows.

And with the natural pattern of your breath this tiny point of light begins to expand in all directions,

Infusing your whole body and all the space around it.

Feel the light.

Be the light.

And slowly reconnect to your physicality,

To your body.

Feel the life force within you in form of the breath.

The body is being moved by the breath.

You begin to lengthen your breath.

Notice how the movements of your body become bigger.

And then bring the palms of your hands on top of each other onto your abdomen.

Deeply breathe in.

Fully breathe out.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale completely.

One more breath here.

And then I let you decide whether you want to stay in this state of relaxation and pure awareness,

Or if you end your practice here with me.
