Welcome to this meditation.

Find a comfortable meditative posture of your choice where you can sit still and relaxed for a few minutes and then elongate your spine.

Grow towards the ceiling and then relax your shoulders here.

Feel how the heart space is wide and also your cervical spine is straight.

If not,

Just move your chin slightly further towards the chest and then elongate through the neck.

Now settle into your body and take a few moments to fully arrive,

Slowly drawing your senses within,

Letting the outside world rest.

Now notice your own breath.

Listen to the sound of your breath and become aware of all the movement the breath is invoking in your body,

In your shoulders,

Your chest,

Your ribs and lower back,

Your abdomen.

Settle into the space of your upper body,

Feeling the beat of your heart,

Following the expansion of your lungs and the relaxation as you exhale.

How do your hips feel?

Your pelvis?

What about your legs?

Your feet?

Come back to the shoulders,

Observing any sensations in your arms,

In your hands and now bring the right hand on the center of your chest and the left hand on top of it.

Connect to your heart space.

What are you feeling in this very moment?

How is your heart?

And then gift yourself a gentle smile within.

Imagine how your whole body begins to smile as well and then bring your hands to the knees and rest in this state as long as you wish.

Thank you for being part of the journey.

Hari Om Tat Sat.
