Welcome to your evening meditation.
I invite you to lie down if you feel comfortable propping up as needed or using a blanket to cover yourself.
Start to notice your breath without judgment or wanting to change it.
Just notice every inhale and every exhale.
Feel your heels,
Thighs,
Hips,
Upper back,
Head,
Back of your hands pressing down into the earth.
Feel grounded.
Feel how light your heart is,
Your knees,
Your toes,
Your fingers.
Feel how light and relaxed your jaw is.
With every inhale and exhale observe how it feels in your body.
Become aware of its presence.
Start to push your breath deeper into your belly and with every inhale let your belly expand and every exhale push it out on a long sigh.
You did it.
You made it through the day and that's something to be proud of.
This evening I invite you to remember God's love for you.

Start to bring awareness back to your body.
Feeling your back pressing down.
Start to wiggle your fingers and your toes if that feels okay.
Creating gentle movements.
Creating space.
