Grounding Meditation Hi friend, Ezra here and I just wanted to share real quickly this new beautiful grounding meditation that I created. It takes less than four minutes and really it just invokes and brings in and calls upon all of the beautiful loving grounding energy from mama earth. I'm going to play about 30 seconds of my crystal singing bowl sound bath music and then you'll hear a little bell and then I'm going to use my voice and bring in the meditation. I'm going to repeat it only once and then we will end with the sound of the bell. I hope you enjoy and that you feel all of the love, All of the connection and all of mama earth's just yumminess that she has for you. Namaste friend. I am safe. I am protected. I am seen.
