Emily is a Certified Nutritionist, Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, and Reiki II practitioner with a Master's in nutrition research. She's also studied mindfulness-based stress reduction, somatic healing, herbal medicine, yoga, Vedic philosophy, and several other mind-body practices and meditation techniques. With a passion for educating and bridging the gap between science, spirituality, and everyday living, Emily finds her greatest joy in reading, learning, and sharing her experience with friends, family, and clients. In her free time, Emily loves spending time with her pup Muffin, hiking, hitting the beach, making dinner with friends, and playing on her silks and aerial hoop.
