Hello and welcome.

If you're here,

You may be looking for guidance in taking care of yourself after pregnancy loss.

In this healing meditation,

We will move through a guided journey of self-care,

Offering yourself permission to honor your own needs,

And kindly inviting any arising emotions,

Sensations,

Or anything else you may be feeling,

With loving support,

Beginning by finding a comfortable posture.

And as you arrive here,

Allow your eyes to close and your breath to deepen,

Bringing your awareness to your body,

Visualizing it as deeply relaxed and at ease,

As any lingering tension begins to softly unravel within you,

Breathing in and out fully and deeply,

Perhaps becoming more expansive with each cycle of breath,

As you gift yourself this space to simply be here and now,

Keeping your attention here,

Remaining present with your internal experience,

Allowing yourself to feel heartache,

Grief,

Or any other emotions that may be arising within you,

And simply being kind to yourself as this moment flows into the next.

As you navigate this journey of self-care after loss,

It can be helpful to first acknowledge any feelings or emotions around what self-care is or isn't as normal,

Knowing that although carving out time for you may feel like a luxury sometimes,

It is an integral part of your healing process,

Perhaps allowing yourself to find comfort in knowing that other women are healing alongside you,

Imagining you are all on this journey honoring your needs together.

Knowing this,

Offer yourself permission to receive the compassion you need within this moment,

Holding your pregnancy loss within the gentleness of your healing heart,

As you welcome in loving support,

Like morning light entering through a stained glass window,

Shining upon you as you hold space for yourself and the grief that you may be carrying within you,

Inviting this moment to be about you and your needs,

Perhaps silently offering a few kind words of encouragement to yourself,

As you continue to visualize your entire self being held and cared for,

Allowing support and acceptance to expand with your widening awareness,

Embracing the connection you are cultivating within you,

As you continue to open your heart,

Welcoming whatever arises,

With permission for self-care,

Guiding your awareness into your heart,

Feeling your breath rise and fall here,

Recognizing that by honoring the time you need for yourself,

You're allowing your healing journey to unfold,

And providing yourself with the love,

Compassion,

And care you deserve,

Bringing your attention back to your body and the space you're in,

Feeling each in-breath and each out-breath moving through you.

And if you wish to continue meditating,

Remain doing so for as long as you would like,
