Hello and welcome.

If you're here,

You may be in need of some support when it comes to forgiving your body after pregnancy loss.

In this healing meditation,

We will move through a guided journey of forgiveness,

Observing any arising emotions or sensations with kindness as you invite a gentle dose of compassion into your womb.

Beginning by finding a comfortable posture.

And as you land comfortably,

Allow your eyes to close and your breath to expand.

Bringing your awareness to your body and visualizing it as deeply relaxed in the space you're in.

Each breath moving deeper towards your lower belly.

Filling this space with a gentle experience of expansion,

Like petals of forgiveness slowly blooming deep within your womb.

All is well.

Gently guiding your awareness back into your body.

Honoring whatever you may need in this moment and remembering that at any time you can return to a place of forgiveness by simply being aware of all that's unfolding within you.

Settling your awareness on your belly.

Perhaps placing both hands gently onto your lower abdomen and tuning into the comfort of this loving touch.

Taking a deep inhale,

Feeling the connection between your hands and belly.

Simply inhaling and exhaling.

Keeping your awareness on your center.

Imagining your womb as a safe and cozy space filled with warmth and allowing that sensation to widen.

Imagining your entire being as healthy and whole.

All of you complete and deeply in tune in this moment.

Continuing to arrive in this experience.

Opening your attention into your womb space and noticing any lingering waves of grief that may be present.

Honoring the ups and downs of your pregnancy loss with compassion and love.

And just recognizing how your body feels moment to moment.

Perhaps inviting forgiveness to slowly ripple inward,

Flowing through your womb and your entire body.

Coming here for a few more moments.

Tuning into the safe space around you and expanding your awareness with each breath.

Welcoming whatever arises with kindness and compassion as you open yourself up to this place of support and comfort within you on your healing journey.

Slowly bringing your attention back into this moment.

Feeling your awareness to effortlessly move into your heart.

Feeling your breath rise and fall in your chest.

Each inhale expanding and opening.

Each exhale softening and releasing.

Realizing that by taking this time for yourself,

You're allowing any waves of grief you may be feeling to move through you.

Creating a safe space of healing and forgiveness to take place deep within you.

So simply being here for a few more breaths.

Observing your inner experience with compassion and kindness.

Bringing your attention back into your body and the space you're in.

Using this inhale to expand your body and this exhale to soften you.

And if you wish to continue meditating,

Please remain doing so for as long as you would like.

I am currently experiencing a missed miscarriage. This meditation is beautiful for connecting with my womb, which is still carrying my pregnancy with no heart beat. At a time where I feel most disconnected this meditation helped me stay present with my body. After 4 years of infertility and IVF, the connection and safe space within my womb is essential in the hope of our miracle. Thank you
