Hello and welcome.

If you're here,

You may be looking for support in connecting with hope after pregnancy loss.

In this meditation,

You will move through a guided journey of healing,

Honoring any arising emotions or sensations you may be feeling with compassion as you invite a sense of hopefulness to enter your heart.

Beginning by finding a comfortable posture.

And as you arrive here,

Allow your eyes to close and your breath to deepen.

Bringing your awareness to your body and visualizing it as relaxed in the space you're in.

Noticing as any lingering tension begins to soften.

Breathing in and out fully and deeply.

Becoming more aware of each inhale and exhale as it naturally expands.

Widening your awareness and connecting with your inner experience.

Breathing in and out fully and deeply.

Gently guiding your awareness into your body.

Tuning into any self-compassion you may feel and honoring whatever is arising with kindness.

Breathing into any feelings of sadness or anything else that could be emerging for you here with loving support towards yourself and your experience.

Breathing in and out fully and deeply.

As you take this time to be with your pregnancy loss,

It can be helpful to first acknowledge what you're feeling as normal.

Knowing that other women are in this moment experiencing similar feelings of heartache and that together you can open your heart up to your individual and collective experiences.

Knowing this,

Becoming aware of any grief residing within you and allow your imagination to carry your grief with love and compassion down an imaginary stream.

Watching as your grief gently flows away from you,

Making space and clearing the way for hope to slowly emerge within your mind and body.

Imagining what it would be like to feel hopeful and simply being with whatever is arising.

Connecting with the possibility of welcoming hope into your journey.

Lingering in this awareness for a few moments.

Breathing with yourself and opening your heart with each breath.

Breathing in and out fully and deeply.

Guiding your awareness into your heart.

Feeling your breath rise and fall here.

Recognizing that by welcoming a feeling of hopefulness,

You're allowing the idea of future possibilities to naturally unfold on your healing journey.

Creating a comforting space of peace deep within you.

Check kindness with beingML pero opens a form of love at your vehicle door.

Bringing your attention back to your body and the space you're in,

Feeling each in-breath and each out-breath moving through you.

Becoming aware of how you feel here and noticing any differences to how you felt before this meditation began.

Knowing that you can cultivate hope throughout your journey whenever you need by simply opening your heart and welcoming it in.

And if you wish to continue meditating,

Please remain doing so for as long as you would like.

Or if you prefer,

Simply conclude at the end of this recording.

The only problem with this guided meditation is that it is too short, but it is beautiful and i felt better right away. Thank you
