Beginning by finding a comfortable posture,
Either sitting upright or laying down with your spine long,
Allowing the space around you to feel safe and grounded as you begin to hold your heart in your awareness,
Honoring whatever is arising within you with kindness and compassion.
And as you arrive here,
Allow your eyes to close and your breath to deepen,
Bringing your awareness to your body and visualizing it as deeply relaxed in the space you're in.
Breathing in and out,
Fully and deeply,
Perhaps choosing one area of your body to land your awareness on,
Whether that be on your nostrils,
Throat,
Belly,
Or any other area that feels right to you,
And simply experiencing the support of your breath in that space.
Breathing in gentle waves of forgiveness and love to gently sweep through you.
Guiding your awareness inward.
Giving yourself permission to experience any heartache that may be present and noticing and accepting any emotions or sensations that are arising within you.
Being present with yourself and your inner journey.
Breathing in and out,
Fully and deeply,
Perhaps,
Choosing one area of your body to land your awareness on,
Whether that be on your nostrils or throat,
Or simply experiencing any emotions or sensations that may be present and accepting any emotions or sensations that may be present and accepting similar emotions.
Remembering that you are not alone and allowing this truth to ripple in towards your heart as you open your awareness and allow any feelings to flow through you,
Like waves of forgiveness comforting and soothing you from the inside out.
Being in this awareness,
Allow this space of healing to expand.
