Breathe it in deeply.

Start to call in the intention that you have for yourself today,

But most importantly call on your presence to come in.

And as your presence starts to flow around you,

Just notice what you notice in your body.

I'll do the reading of the White Buffalo Woman after this,

But we're just gonna actually call in that loving presence and peace that is now upon us.

We are finished with the retrograde.

We are in the year of the rabbit.

There's a big element of water and peace.

So imagine now that you are surrounded by powerful loving light as usual,

But this time it comes through in a liquid form like liquid light or water.

And as you start to feel it flow in,

Call your intention in again.

Call your presence to help activate your intention today.

And sitting in the stillness,

Start to call in this liquid light presence as if it's beaming down on your head like it normally does.

Calling it in through the mind,

Moving into the tissues,

Raising your atomic structure more with every breath.

So continue to breathe,

Feel that energy moving through,

Feel the fullness in your mind swirling into the back of your mind,

Pulling out what is no longer serving you and replacing it with this liquid light presence.

Calling in the cosmic victory of healing love through your own golden ray,

Flowing into your mind,

Lighting your body up from the inside out.

And feel this energy and light move behind your closed eyes,

Raising your eyes to look at the back of your third eye right now.

And as you hold your gaze there,

Feel the light start to expand in your forehead and your third eye,

Noticing what you notice.

And as this energy pours down on the top of your head and through your third eye,

Now down into your mouth,

Filling your mouth,

Relaxing the tongue,

Softening the back of your mouth,

Your lips,

Your jaw.

And if you can,

Imagine you can drink down this liquid light and it's moving down your throat,

Filling the hollow at the base of your neck,

Across your shoulders,

Down your arms,

Filling the hollow in your elbows,

Swirling into your wrists.

You can feel this light moving between each finger,

Each joint in each finger.

You can feel this light softening and relaxing the palms of your hands,

As if your hands are glowing from the inside out.

Feel the radiation starting to rise in your body and your hands as you hold this powerful light energy.

You call in your presence more and more,

Inviting your own I am presence to move through the top of your head,

Flowing effortlessly like a flame,

Golden ray moving into your body,

Calling in the energy and light of the Ascended Master's octave.

Feel the activation of your back as this light slowly,

Softly moves between each vertebrae.

And swallowing again,

Imagine that you can pull it into the top of your chest,

Feeling it blanket you from the inside out.

You can feel it moving between each rib,

Softening the heart,

The lungs.

You can almost feel a cushion of light around your heart right now,

Feeling it in its powerful radiation,

Knowing that your heart is going to pull in what it needs from the light and effortlessly pump it throughout your body,

In your veins,

Calling in this immortal,

Powerful purification and healing.

Feel the soft expansion of your heart as you breathe into your heart,

Pulling this golden ray down through the top of your head from the heart of Source itself,

Breathing in like a fine mist this powerful light energy.

Witness in wonder and curiosity as your heart absorbs this liquid light from inside your body,

Pulling it into the chambers of your heart,

Mingling it with your life stream,

With your bloodstream.

And almost as if your veins are lighting up,

Watch this powerful light pulsing through your body with every beat of your heart.

Call in this substance more and more for healing,

Bringing in and evoking and bringing power to that unfed flame in your heart,

Powerful flame of Source that lives within you.

And imagine that this light coming through is fueled by a thousand suns,

By the golden central sun itself,

Pouring into your body,

Effortlessly moving through your veins,

Pulsing wherever it needs to go,

So that more and more your cells are absorbing the qualities of this powerful,

High vibrational light,

And you are embodying every beautiful quality that it holds.

Calling in all the power to bring energy in and around your atomic structure,

And again the powerful energy of that golden light in your higher presence and maybe even imagine as I see it now,

A violet flame come and heal your body,

Connect you more with Source,

Wrapping the violet flame,

Clearing.

Someone who's watching this right now needs that clearing,

Which is why it came through.

So hold that vision of the violet flame to move around any situation in your life that may need or even wrapping it around your own,

Activating the powerful healing vibration of this violet flame,

Watching in wonder as it is instantly taken,

And now I want to read the meaning of the white buffalo that came through today,

Just so you understand what's going on in the world and your place in it.

If you haven't felt the calmness of this new,

New energy,

It's been a powerful shift.

As it was shown to me,

There will be seven waves of ascension light that come through to the planet.

It's a vision that I saw and you can obviously connect this and check this with your own higher presence to see if it works for you.

The first one as I saw it came through before September and then another in early November around the full moon and the eclipse.

And then December 21st,

As it always does,

A big expansion of light came through to the universe as it did and to the earth as it did a year prior to this.

And then most recently over the weekend with the end of the retrograde and moving into this new year.

So again,

Check that with your own presence and see if it fits for you.

But for me,

It has been a very powerful shift.

A very,

Very powerful shift and now we're moving into a time of more calmness and light and balance.

But the white buffalo woman is the card that I drew today.

So I'm gonna let you look at it.

Have hope for you are of pure heart and white buffalo woman appears as the divine sign of rebirth and harmony.

She is the way shower who lives as one with the Great Spirit.

She teaches the practices that will free and empower us all.

She heralds the birth of the divine upon a new earth.

As above so below.

That message has been coming through for about a year now before my Hawaii retreat.

And then the whole message of the points of light came through today.

So I wanted to remind everyone of that if you haven't heard it.

That there is a belief that everything on this planet is made of life and is continuously trying to expand light and expand connection to source.

So we are always meeting it seems like with contrast.

The contrast can show us how we need to expand our light in love in order to grow as spiritual beings on the planet.

So right now if you've been feeling a lot of contrast it's simply to step you into a higher vibration.

And you might have noticed that it's very uncomfortable and can come with a lot of discord.

But again now we're moving into a state of balance which is a very cool thing.

And you can continually choose light and to stay in joy and live as those sources living through you.

And these experiences are happening through you rather than to you or even for you.

So in this reading with this card it's very much in alignment with all the energies that have been coming through as well.

But it signifies hope and reunion after a challenging or dark time.

There will be harmony and a coming together in sacred purpose.

By the way I never read these cards before I do my circle.

I always share my downloads and read the card afterward.

I don't even look at the meaning.

So this is very powerful and connected to what I came in with as well.

A birth of something pure and true shall happen under the auspices of Great Spirit.

Forgive yourself and others and lay claim to the purity and goodwill that is your heart's true nature.

Spiritual blessing is bestowed upon you right now.

Complete release and renewal will take place.

The good and true will triumph in the end.

This is a really powerful and hopeful card and the white buffalo woman has only come through actually two times that I've ever pulled it.

Maybe three.

But one of the times was when a powerful healer and shaman named Kathy brought her grandmother drum down here from Oregon to share with us in a circle in the backyard with the singing bowls and and that drum was created for her through the visions that she had coming from the white buffalo woman.

The white buffalo woman taught her how to create this drum which was giant and wonderful.

So again,

I wanted to remind you about the points of light and being able to see them because for some reason they're coming through right now so I'm going to share them.

As if we are in water or we are in our own creation of light,

We create what we see and we feel right?

This is all created a vibration and light but how we see it and perceive it is through the lens of human experience which by the way like we talked about before we came here to witness the contrast.

To experience the contrast so we can continue to evolve and grow spiritually.

Well the points of light can be seen in everything if you train yourself to look for them and the first way to look for them is to look at the surface of water and you'll notice that on the surface of water you can see reflections and little points of light within the water and if you train yourself to start to see the points of light on the reflection of the water you can start to look at things in reality and see the light behind them and it's really really powerful.

You can also you know you can also see so much light and depth of experience and vision through a sunset because it looks like the colors are backlit.

Well this is how you'll start to see the world.

It shifts your perception of reality because you start to see the light in everything and once you start to do that you start to recognize that we too are light and vibration and our vibration is directly related to what we call into our experience in life.

So as we experience these moments of contrast we are pushed to the limit of asking source for more light and that I think is part of the big purpose here is that we're meant to ask,

We're meant to communicate,

We're meant to live as source energy flows through us through source living through us.

So I just want to encourage you to continue to stay on the path of keeping your vibration high using whatever you have and can do to do that.

You know reducing the chemical load,

Connecting more with nature,

Meditating,

Singing and dancing.

Raise your vibration significantly to feel the world.
