Tuesday Morning Prayer 1/18
Grand Rising! Join me in morning prayer as we set aside the needs/wants of others and solely focus on our own individual needs. Often we can get lost and swept up in the wants and desires of others, so today we are refocusing on what it is that we individually need. I love you!

Good morning,
Good morning,
Good morning,
Grand Rising.
Happy day,
Happy Tuesday.
What a beautiful,
Beautiful time it is to be alive.
Let us just take a few moments here,
Connecting to the breath and just anchoring in.
Beautiful.
This morning's prayer is all about honoring ourselves.
So as we open up the container,
As always,
With gratitude,
I am in such gratitude for the past few days where I've been honoring myself in every which way.
Grateful for being aware of what it is that I need in certain moments.
Whatever that looks like.
So I just really want us to focus on just today.
That's all we ever have is today.
Let us just focus on what it is that you individually need throughout your day.
Whatever that looks like,
I want you to be aware of it and I want you to honor yourself and give yourself what it is that you need throughout your day.
It could look different from hour to hour and it's definitely going to look different from person to person.
And all of that is perfect.
In fact,
It's perfect perfect.
So opening the container with gratitude and honoring,
Honoring ourselves.
And the first way we do that is by being in gratitude because there are endless things to be grateful for.
There are endless people to be grateful for.
Gratitude for the body temple and honoring our needs.
Gratitude for my yoga practice and honoring my needs.
Gratitude for my journaling practice and honoring my needs.
And so whatever that looks like for you,
It's perfect for you.
So I'm grateful to know that we are exactly where we need to be individually and collectively.
I am grateful to know that the sun is always shining even if it's not seen to the visible eye.
Maybe it's behind the clouds.
I'm grateful for the clouds.
Grateful for the dew.
Grateful for the morning dew.
Grateful for the rain.
Grateful for the wind chimes.
Grateful for my brother.
Grateful for his practice and his presence and his journey and his unfolding.
Grateful to know that by me honoring what it is that I need that I am serving everyone around me.
Grateful to know that as I hydrate my body temple,
My body temple is gaining more and more strength.
Grateful to know that as I go to the bathroom,
I am ridding myself of any toxins and anything and everything that the body does not need.
Gratitude.
Gratitude is truly a way of living.
It's truly a way of expressing gratitude for this stove that's heating up this hot water so that I may have tea this morning.
Gratitude.
Gratitude for being aware to know what it is that I need in certain moments.
Gratitude for the tea kettle.
Gratitude for the gas.
Gratitude for the cup.
Gratitude for the teabag.
Special shout out and gratitude to Dariana for being committed to our yoga practice,
Day 17 in the books.
And that is one of the many ways that I've been honoring myself is showing up for the yoga practice daily.
Yesterday and the day before I doubled up,
I did two different yoga practices and my body feels absolutely magnificent.
So as we continue to go through the six step prayer treatment and process,
First one being gratitude,
Second step being recognition,
I recognize that I am in love with my gratitude practice.
I recognize that I am one with spirit and that spirit is one with me.
I recognize that as the leaves do what the leaves do,
As the flowers do what the flowers do,
And as Enti and Zen do what they do,
Everything is perfect.
Step three,
Completely just drew a blank.
Step three,
Unification.
Being in gratitude that I am one with God and God is one with me.
That we are unified,
I and you are unified,
United,
Intertwined in the presence of spirit.
Since the beginning of time,
Yesterday,
Today and tomorrow.
So grateful to be unified and united in a united front with spirit.
There's absolutely no separation.
We are one.
I am God and God is me.
So I am in gratitude for step four,
Realization.
I realize that God is omnipresent,
Omnipotent,
Omniactive,
A presence that is never in absence and a presence that we have access to all of the time.
So I realize step four,
That I have access to God and all of the faculties of God all of the time.
Not just some of the times,
Not when we're feeling good,
Not just when the sun is shining,
Not when we have a great attitude,
Not just when we have thousands of dollars in the bank.
No,
I realize that I have access to abundance,
To joy,
To peace,
To patience,
To compassion,
To bliss,
To ecstasy,
To fruition.
I have access to all of these things right now and I am grateful to realize that.
And so in step five,
We give thanks.
Step five,
Thanksgiving.
We give thanks.
We give thanks for all of the things named and all of the things not named.
We give thanks for our lives.
We give thanks for the ability to pray.
We give thanks for the ability to practice.
We give thanks for the ability to smell the beautiful smells of this amazing tea that I'm about to enjoy.
Bengal spice tea.
Shout out to my brother,
Joe,
Dariana's husband.
Dude,
To be in Thanksgiving,
To give thanks for all that already is because everything already is.
We don't need to create joy.
We don't need to create abundance.
We don't need to create peace.
All of that is already here.
What we individually must do is align and attune ourselves to that frequency and to that vibration.
And we do so through practice,
Daily,
Momentary practice.
And as I pray,
I hear my brother upstairs praying and I am in high Thanksgiving for the fact that him and I are warriors of love and that we both love to pray.
It brings such joy and love to my heart.
So I give thanks for all things spoken,
All things not,
All things seen,
All things unseen.
I give great deep thanks.
I am so thankful for this life,
For the love of God,
For the grace of God,
For the existence of God,
For the Jubilee of God,
For the joy of God,
For the love of God,
And for all that spirit in all the many ways it expresses itself through you,
Through me,
Through our parents,
Our siblings,
People that we maybe don't necessarily get along with or don't necessarily enjoy being around.
I give great thanks for each and every single human being because we are all here to serve a divine destiny and we each have our own unique divine destiny and divine unfolding.
So wherever you are,
Remember that you are loved,
You are cherished,
You are valued,
And your validation is in your existence.
There's no other human,
There's no job,
There's no amount of money,
There's no accolade that will ever be able to give you the validation that you've already been given freely in your existence of life.
I love you,
I honor you,
And I am grateful for you.
I release this prayer,
Release this word by saying,
And so it is,
So be it,
Ashay shalom,
Namaste,
Have the most amazing,
Beautiful,
Glorious day.
Enjoy yourself and remember,
Today is what we're focusing on.
Today show up and give yourself and honor yourself in whatever it is that you need.
You not your children,
Not your spouse,
Not your roommate,
Not your friends,
Not your parents,
Honor you and what it is that you need.
I love you beautiful people,
Have an amazing day.
