Welcome to a guided meditation from Light Heart Collective.

I'm Larissa and I'll be your guide today.

Thank you for joining me.

This exercise can be used to pause or reset during your day or after work.

Wherever you are,

Finding a comfortable seat or position.

Just noticing the connection between your body and the earth.

Maybe lower the eyelids or have a soft gaze.

Let's begin to just notice our breath.

Noticing the air coming through your nose and the air out your mouth.

Let's deepen the breath by inhaling for three and exhaling for four together.

Inhale 123.

Exhale 1234.

Again,

Inhaling 123.

Exhaling 1234.

Continuing on your own pace.

You may continue to count or maybe you just come back to just noticing each inhale and exhale.

If your mind begins to wander to the past or the future,

Just gently acknowledge it by saying I notice.

And come back to your breath by saying be here.

Take two more breaths together.

Inhaling and exhaling through the mouth.

Inhaling,

Filling up through the belly.

Exhale through the mouth.

Beginning to create some awareness in the hands,

Fingers or the toes.

Coming back to that connection.

If you're seated or bright.

Gently and slowly opening the eyelids if they were closed.

And coming back to wherever you are.

Knowing you can come back here at any moment during your day,

Even if it's just taking one deep breath for yourself.

Maybe you acknowledge yourself for taking the time to breathe deeply today.

Thank you for joining me.
