As you arrive to our meditation,
Begin by taking a deep breath in through the nose and gently letting it out.
As you settle in,
Allow your posture to reflect the strength that already lives inside you.
Confidence isn't about being loud or forceful,
It's about trusting yourself,
Even in uncertainty.
It's the quiet belief that you can meet whatever life brings you.
And as you breathe in again through the nose,
Bring to mind a moment when you felt proud of yourself.
No matter how small,
Remember that sensation in that moment.
Feel it through your entire body,
Maybe in your chest,
Your face,
Your spine,
Your legs.
And with each breath,
Invite that feeling to expand outwards.
On the inhale,
Say to yourself,
I am capable.
And now on the exhale,
Say to yourself,
I trust myself.
In your mind's eye,
Visualize stepping into a situation where you'd like to feel more confident.
See yourself standing tall,
Speaking clearly,
And feeling grounded.
Let your breath anchor you there,
Calm and steady.
And now taking another deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Affirm to yourself,
I already have what I need within me.

Take a few moments here to settle into this affirmation,
To root into it,
And to feel it expand out throughout your entire body.
I already have what I need within me.
As you come back to my voice,
I invite you to take another deep breath in through the nose,
Exhaling out slow and controlled.
And when you're ready,
Carry this quiet power with you,
Knowing that you can return to it at any time.
