Let's take another deep breath in through the nose and exhaling fully,
Releasing the day behind you.
Bring your awareness to the space in front of your mind's eye.
Imagine a version of yourself that has already achieved the growth,
The clarity,
And balance that you desire.
Notice the posture,
The energy,
The presence.
With each and every inhale,
Draw in the qualities you admire in this version of yourself.
And with each exhale,
Releasing doubt,
Hesitation,
And fear.
And now visualize stepping closer to this version of you,
Feeling the alignment between your current self and your future self.
Notice the warmth,
The confidence,
And the calm radiating from this energy.
And now imagine a thread of light connecting your heart to theirs.
With every breath,
Feel this connection strengthening as if guidance,
Courage,
And clarity are flowing from the future into this present moment.
Taking this opportunity now to repeat quietly,
