Closing your eyes and taking another slow,
Deep breath in and a long,
Gentle exhale out.
Imagine in your mind's eye,
Stepping into a quiet forest.
The air crisp,
The ground firm beneath your feet,
The sounds of nature surrounding you.
With each inhale,
Feel the fresh energy of the wilderness enter into your body and with every exhale,
Releasing tension,
Distraction,
Or worry.
Walking slowly in your mind,
Noticing all the details,
The texture of bark,
The sound of leaves on your foot,
The warmth of sunlight filtering through the trees.
Allow your senses to guide you deeper.
Notice the subtle sense,
The gentle movements,
And the calm rhythm of your breath as you move.
If thoughts arise,
Just acknowledge them,
Honor them,
And gently return to the forest,
Letting the natural environment restore your focus and your peace.
Repeating quietly now,
