Hello,

And thank you for joining me today.

Today we're going on a journey to find our breath.

Sitting in a comfortable position,

We'll exhale all of our air out,

Begin to inhale through the nose,

And as you're inhaling,

You're following the breath,

Where does it go?

Does it go to the neck,

Deep into the chest,

Can you take it all the way down into the belly?

And exhale,

Following the air back out.

Taking another inhale through the nose,

Following the breath down,

Feeling where it lands,

And exhale.

Feeling if it can go longer,

Deeper,

Wider,

And exhale.

Inhale through the nose,

We're consciously following the breath.

This time,

Let's inhale a white light,

As you inhale,

You follow this light through the nose,

Down the throat,

Into the lungs,

Deeper,

Filling up,

Cleansing from the inside.

And exhaling this light,

Begin inhaling through the nose,

And exhaling,

Feeling here into the body,

Softening,

Feeling any pain,

Resistance,

Heaviness,

And taking notice of where it lies in the body,

And see if you can breathe into that space.

Inhale through the nose,

Filling up,

And exhale,

So gently,

So softly.

Inhale through the nose,

And exhale.

With every inhale,

We breathe in what serves us,

And with every exhale,

We let go and soften.

Coming back into the body,

Wiggling the toes,

Wiggling your fingers,

Putting a hand to your heart,

And thanking yourself.

Deep inhale,

Hold yourself,

And release.

Thank you for being here with me today.

Namaste.
