Hello,

My dear.

I'm so glad you're here.

This is your wise self speaking.

I've been with you all day,

Quietly witnessing,

Gently guiding,

And now I'm here to remind you of something simple.

Something that may not always come to you naturally as truth.

You are enough,

Just as you are.

Take a moment to notice any sensation in your body as you hear these words.

You are enough,

Just as you are.

Are you noticing any tightening,

Pushing away,

Which might be a sign of disbelief,

Self-criticism,

Resistance?

Or is there maybe a sense of acceptance,

Of softening?

Whatever it is,

See if you can make space for it now.

And really,

I know you've been trying,

Maybe to get everything right,

To care for others,

To hold it together.

And even just now,

You're showing up with care,

Simply by lying down and turning towards yourself.

Let's take a deep,

Gentle breath together.

And an exhale that lets the body know it's safe to soften now.

Feel the weight of your body settling into the bed,

The pillows,

The blankets,

All here to support you.

There's something I,

Your wise self,

Want to tell you.

You may not know,

But there is so much I admire about you.

Your kindness,

Your steady presence,

Your generosity,

Even when no one sees it.

The way your smile warms others,

Even when you feel unsure.

You give so much.

You care deeply.

You listen.

You show up.

Let those truths sink in,

Not because you need to do more,

But because they are already part of you.

Let me offer you four simple phrases now,

Like seeds of rest and remembrance.

You may like to silently repeat them to yourself or simply let them resonate through your body.

May I know I am enough.

May I feel the support around and within me.

May I rest in my own goodness.

May I be held in ease and trust tonight.

Now just take a moment and feel how your body responds.

Perhaps noticing small shifts,

A deepening calm,

A sense of ease.

And now nothing more to do,

Just inviting yourself to rest more and more deeply.
