Welcome to the introduction of our three-part meditation series: Embracing Your Body. As someone who has struggled with accepting her body for many years, Eszter draws from her own experience of learning to accept and support her body. During three episodes, she guides you through grounding practices and affirmations to acknowledge the wisdom and strength within. In episode 1, we’ll start with a grounding meditation followed by an exploration of acceptance and appreciation for the body’s strength. In the second episode, we’ll contemplate the subtle messages from the body and prepare ourselves to respond with care. And our third episode centres around cultivating awe and appreciation for the body’s complex inner processes.
