Welcome to the introduction of our three-part meditation series: Embracing Your Body. As someone who has struggled with accepting her body for many years, Eszter draws from her own experience of learning to accept and support her body. During three episodes, she guides you through grounding practices and affirmations to acknowledge the wisdom and strength within. In episode 1, we’ll start with a grounding meditation followed by an exploration of acceptance and appreciation for the body’s strength. In the second episode, we’ll contemplate the subtle messages from the body and prepare ourselves to respond with care. And our third episode centres around cultivating awe and appreciation for the body’s complex inner processes.

Welcome to the introduction of Embracing Your Body,

A three-part series.

As someone who has struggled with accepting my body during much of my teens and twenties,

I've learned through mindfulness and yoga practice how to appreciate its strength and support.

It wasn't an easy road and doubt and judgment still creep up to this day.

For many years,

I felt disconnected from my body,

Influenced by external expectations and critical thoughts.

But as I deepened my practice,

I began to see my body as more than something to be judged and rather to be appreciated as it is the vessel that holds me.

I've realized that if I pay close attention and relax into awareness,

I can recognize my body as wisdom and power.

I invite you to join me in this series of three episodes in which we'll move through practices and affirmations that help us ground and bring a sense of gratitude and acceptance to our bodies,

However they may be right now.

In episode one,

We'll start with a grounding meditation followed by an exploration of acceptance and appreciation for the body's strength.

In the second episode,

We'll contemplate the subtle messages from the body like hunger,

Tiredness,

Or tension and prepare ourselves to respond with compassionate care.

And our third episode centers around cultivating awe and appreciation for the body's complex and miraculous inner processes.

I invite you to keep returning to the practice and to these tracks as often as you can so that you strengthen within you a more appreciative approach towards your own body,
