Eszter is a certified meditation and yoga instructor with over a decade of experience. She became intentional about deep rest after facing overwhelm and near-burnout. She blends expertise with compassion to create a safe and welcoming space in her classes, courses, and retreats. Outside of teaching, she enjoys walking, riverside moments, and soaking up the sun.
