Welcome to this relaxing soma breath experience.

Sit comfortably or lie down with your back straight.

Place your hands by your side,

Opening your palms to the sky.

Close your eyes and bring your awareness to a sound.

As you tune into the sound,

Become more present with this sound,

Because the only moment that matters is the present moment.

The present is a gift.

As you become more present,

Allow my voice to be your guide on this relaxing and rejuvenating journey.

Begin by bringing your awareness to your breath as you breathe in and out through your nose.

Now notice how your breath is there for you,

Every minute of every hour of every day,

Even when you don't pay attention to it.

And notice that as a human being,

You have the unique ability to consciously control your breath,

Its pace,

Its power,

Its potential.

Your breath is directly linked to your health.

Your breath is the portal to a higher source of healing.

As you tap into your breath and consciously control its pace,

You have the ability to restore your health and align your mind,

Body,

And spirit with your highest self in your highest health.

Now imagine your breath as a guiding light.

Use this light to scan your body for any areas of tension,

Pain,

Or darkness.

As you breathe,

Breathe this healing light source into every area you want to release.

And notice your breath dissolve and melt away any tension or pain,

Transmuting any darkness into light as you exhale it from your body,

Mind,

And spirit,

Allowing you to relax even further.

Now relax as we begin breathing in beats.

Take a deep breath fully in.

Hold that breath.

Squeeze every muscle in your body.

Then let go on your exhale.

And hold your breath after a full exhalation.

Allow all your muscles to relax.

Becoming completely still.

Completely at one.

Peaceful.

Restful.

Relaxed.

If you get a strong urge to breathe,

Take a small sip in.

Exhale.

Let go.

And go deeper.

And as you go deeper,

Imagine this healing light entering every cell of your body.

Restoring your natural rhythm and harmony.

Activating your inner light at its core.

As you relax,

Regenerate,

And rejuvenate every fiber in your body.

And when you get a really strong urge to breathe,

Allow this healing light to rise up from your pelvic area,

Up through your heart,

Out through the crown of your head.

As you take a deep breath in,

Imagine this healing light illuminating you from within.

Bring that breath up through your pelvic area,

Out through the crown of your head.

See the light within.

Observe your own healing.

See your cells restoring and rejuvenating.

And then release your breath with the healing tone of Aum.

Again,

Inhale.

Squeeze every muscle in your body.

And then release with the healing tone of Aum.

And now come back to your natural breath.

And as you breathe naturally in and out through your nose,

Allow your body to rest,

Regenerate,

Restore,

And rejuvenate.

Exactly as it is meant to do naturally.

In this peaceful state,

Repeat the following affirmation in your mind.
