Good morning,

Good evening,

Good afternoon,

Good night,

Wherever you are,

Whatever time of day it is for you.

Welcome to time out,

That special time we take for ourselves to relax,

To refresh,

To find a place of peace and stillness.

As usual,

Let's start with a deep breath in and a long slow breath out.

And again,

This time closing your eyes,

A deep breath in and a long slow breath out.

Letting those shoulders drop,

Those muscles relax.

Imagine now,

Imagine that we are walking on a path through grass towards a narrow wooden bridge.

The bridge crosses a stream over large boulders.

If we stand on the bridge and look upstream,

We can watch the water flow and separate around the boulders and gather strength as it passes under the bridge.

If you listen carefully,

You can hear the sound of the water.

You can feel a breeze on your face.

You can see the sky and some clouds.

The sunlight is gentle,

Just catching you on your shoulders.

The boulders are the obstacles.

The stream is flexible.

It can change direction around,

Over or through.

If we turn and look downstream now,

The streams that have separated reunite and form a large rock pool.

Let's cross the bridge and step from boulder to boulder.

Study the rocks,

The lichen,

The grooves,

The patterns,

The colors from boulder to boulder until we come to a really huge boulder overlooking the pool.

The pool is almost still,

A perfect reflection of the sky and the landscape.

From the pool,

There's a gentle drop over the edge.

Sit on the large boulder and feel the strength of it flow into you.

The strength of the ages and the earth flow into your body,

Healing.

The power and depth of the sky flow around you.

Within the air,

The stillness,

The calmness,

Each breath creating more and more peace and relaxation.

Watch the gentle flow of the water that's almost still,

Reflecting the boulder anew in the sky.

Just find a point on us,

Perhaps there is a small leaf.

Watch it drifting,

Drifting,

Drifting to where it flows over the edge.

And feel that gentle flow move through you,

Clearing your emotions.

Healing the strength of the boulder,

The depth,

Space and clarity of the sky and the gentle flow of water,

Clearing,

Cleansing,

Relaxing,

Clearing away the cobwebs from the mind.

Now with trust,

Dive into the pool.

Allow the pool to take you over the edge and just allow yourself to drift into the space.

Flowing,

Flowing,

Drifting.

And drift back now,

Back to your time and your place and your space,

Bringing with you that depth of clarity,

The strength and the clearness of emotions to move into the next phase of your day or night.

And I hope to see you again for journey 12.
