Let us take just a moment to be still.

Go ahead and climb into your heart,

The space that offers us peace at any time of day.

Climb into your heart and wrap it around you like a blanket of peace.

Take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and exhale out of your mouth.

Feel your body breathe for you as you start to breathe naturally.

Feel your breath enter your body and exit your body.

And notice,

How does your body give you life at this very moment?

Are you breathing in and out of your nose,

In and out of your mouth,

Or a combination of the two?

Just feel your body breathe for you for a few moments.

And as thoughts of the future or thoughts of the past come into mind,

Just gently bring your awareness back to your breath.

Feel your body breathe.

And take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through your nose,

Bringing that breath to your heart,

Surrounding your heart with that breath,

And exhale out of your mouth.

Again,

Another long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and release.

And just release.

Release your grasp on life.

Just allow life to unfold.

Unclench your fists and just allow,

Just like the waves of the ocean,

Allow,

Allow life to happen for you.

Allow yourself to float along the waters of life.

Just allow yourself to be carried,

Knowing that you are supported by the divine.

Let us bring to mind the mantra,

I trust,

I trust.

And with each inhale or exhale of breath,

Repeat those words silently in your mind and in your throat.

I trust,

I trust,

I trust,

I trust.

Allow the waters of life carry you.

Have trust in the waters.

Know that it is carrying you where you are meant to be.

I trust,

I trust.

Take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through your nose,

Bringing that breath to your heart,

Surrounding your heart with that breath,

And exhale out of your mouth.

Feel your body breathe for you.

And notice,

Are you breathing any different than you were a few moments ago?

Take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and release that breath out of your mouth.

With your eyes still closed,

Allow the effects of the meditation to just sink into your bones.

With your eyes still closed,

Notice the noises that surround you.

Notice where you are.

Put a big smile on your face.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Have faith and trust in the waters of life.

Life is beautiful.
