Good morning beautiful soul.
This is Ranjit and let's begin our day with ease,
Appreciation and balance.
Sit comfortably and close your eyes now.
Let's settle down in our posture by becoming aware of the touch between the body and the surface.
Try and make yourself 10% more comfortable than you already are.
Give your neck a gentle rotation and allow your shoulders to have a yummy roll.
Give permission to your face to relax.
And let's bring our attention to a breath.
Notice the inhale flow through your nostrils and land in your chest.
And notice that exhale that relaxes.
Let's notice that inhale again and let's hold that inhale for a count of 3,
2 and 1.
Exhale relax.
Let's hold that exhale for a count of 3,
2 and 1.
Inhale.
Let's continue this breathing for another 3 times.
With this deep breathing,
We are gently getting in touch with our higher self,
With our inner pranamayakosha,
The inner sheath.
Your higher self is a state inside you,
Away from the traffic of your ever-fighting thoughts and constant seeking.
Your higher self can be your best friend and guide and a provider for calm and peace of mind.
As you focus your attention on the breathing,
Remember that all solutions are inside you and will arrive in due time.
Your higher self will guide you with this constant practice of engaging in movements of tranquil silence every day.
We see the world not as it is,
But as we are.
Our internal environment is a reflection of our external world.
This morning,
I invite you to gently open the window of your mind,
Of your perception,
Of your world and look beyond.
Notice your eyes that lovingly see the sun and its light.
Thank you to those eyes.
Thank you to my ears for absorbing the voices of loved ones.
Thank you to my nose for the celebration of aromas.
Thank you to the mouth and the tongue.
Thank you to my skin for touch.
Thank you to your arms and your fingers that work all day.
Thank you to my limbs that make dance possible.
Thank you to my heart and all the organs inside me that make life possible.
Thank you to my body that works non-stop.
Mentally,
Hold your body lovingly in your thoughts and thank them.
Thank you for the roof above my head.
Thank you for the blessing of food on my plate.
Thank you for my ability to smile even when I'm meditating.
Thank you for all my past experiences.
Thank you for the blue skies,
The green trees,
The singing birds and the deep oceans.
Thank you for the blowing winds and the fertile earth that I walk upon.
Thank you for my failures.
Thank you for my successes.
Thank you for my ability to rise.
Thank you for work.
Thank you for transport.
Thank you for love.
Thank you for my ability to give and receive love.
Thank you for my willingness to forgive.
Thank you for my readiness to thrive.
Thank you for the kindness in me.
Thank you for all the blessings.
Now gently focus on your breathing and take a moment to set a tone for the rest of the day.
Set an emotional intention and let that intention set in with a couple of long inhales and exhales.
Now my dear friend,
With a smile on your face and a song in your heart,
Open your eyes to a new day.
Namaste.
