The first time I did this meditation was when I downloaded this app several years ago & it was incredible. Today was the 2nd time I've listened, and OMG it was 10000000x more powerful than the first!!! My entire body was twitching & releasing / clearing old energy and felt deep emotional cleansing. I also viscerally recalled a past life memory during this journey, which was very insightful for me. Absolutely amazing shamanic guidance & support, I recommend this to anyone desiring transformation from old to new in any capacity
