Dear Dakota -- this track has touched me deeply. After yesterday's Emotional Alchemy Integration Ceremony, I'm filled with gratitude and connection that brings me to tears. Yesterday, my 16-year old self was finally healed from the bullying and humiliation I received for being overweight. I replaced my block of Uncertainty with Courage.
