Welcome,

Soul traveler.

I'm happy you could join me for today's journey,

And as we begin,

I want you to imagine that you are lying in the most comfortable bed,

As you are suspended in the liminal space between wakefulness and dream time,

Taking a few conscious deep breaths,

Mindful of how your chest expands and rises with each inhalation,

And slowly falls back into the soft comfort of your bed as you exhale.

Imagine each inhale being infused with a feeling of peace and clarity,

And with every exhale,

You release any stress or worry that has filled you in any way,

And feel the softness of your bed beneath you,

Feel the gentle weight of your blanket,

And the serene stillness of the room that you're in,

Following your breath all the way through from inhalation to exhalation,

And back to inhalation,

Feeling the draw of the breath and the release.

The more relaxed you become,

The more the liminal space around you begins to percolate,

Inviting you in,

And as you fall into this dream time,

Imagine your body resting peacefully in this bed,

And your lucid mind begins to stir and come to life,

Inviting you to embark on a journey to a magnificent castle within you,

A symbol of your inner world,

And a symbol of your untapped potential,

Feel the contrast between the two,

The restful body and the awakened lucid mind,

The water that refreshes you,

And for the air that fills you with life,

In this kitchen commit to caring for yourself,

And moving on you find yourself now in the living room,

A cozy sanctuary of relationships and love,

Comfortable chairs,

Plush cushions and warm inviting colors surround you,

Here in the heart of the castle,

Think of the people who have touched your life,

Picture their faces,

Recall the warmth of their embrace,

The sound of their laughter,

This room is a celebration of connections,

Family,

Friends,

Loved ones,

Reflect on the love that you've given and received,

The support you've shared,

The bonds you've nurtured,

Feel gratitude for these relationships,

Your guide now leads you down the long corridor to a hidden stairwell,

Leading you into the hollows of the castle,

As you descend into the dungeon the atmosphere shifts,

The darker parts of your soul,

It's not easy but it's essential,

Confront these shadows with compassion and understanding,

So take me back to the garden,

My eyes were filled with wonder,

My heart was filled with peace,

Lost in the mystery,

It's all that I could see,

Take me back,

This garden is a metaphor for your growth and your resilience,

Notice the flowers blooming,

The trees standing tall,

They represent the beauty and strength of your journey,

But look around for weeds as well,

For those are the things holding you back,

And take a moment to pull these weeds,

Acknowledge them,

Understand them,

And gently release them,

And pluck a flower from your garden,

This chamber with its walls lined with shields and swords represents your strengths and your defenses,

Each piece of armor tells a story of protection,

Some shields are ornate,

Others are quite simple,

But all are strong,

Reflect on what these defenses have kept safe,

And consider if some are no longer needed,

In strength there is also the wisdom of vulnerability,

Allow yourself to discern which armors you can now retire,

Trusting in your inner resilience to protect you,

And we now wander into the library,

A vault of wisdom and dreams,

The shelves are endless,

Filled with books of all kinds,

Stories of adventures,

Volumes of knowledge,

Diaries of personal journeys,

In this quiet sacred space,

Think of your own dreams and aspirations,

What chapters are yet to be written in your life,

What knowledge do you seek,

What adventures await you,

And here in the library you are reminded that life is a beautiful story,

You step now into the gallery,
