Hello and welcome to this short meditation on self forgiveness.
So let's begin.
If you're sitting or lying comfortably,
Shift your weight a little and bring your attention inwards.
Breathing in.

And breathing out.
.
.
Breathing in.
.
.
And breathing out.
.
.
Bringing your attention and your point of focus to your mind and your brain.
.
.
Feeling the energy held there.
.
.
We're going to move our thoughts and our attention downwards,
Through our necks,
Into our chest.
.
.
And into our hearts.
.
.
Imagining like a two-way road connecting our brain with our hearts.
.
.
Now with your point of focus on your heart.
.
.
I want you to use these words as an invitation.
.
.
And as you focus on the words,
Try and move past the meaning to the vibration of the sound within you.
.
.
For that is where the meaning and intent is carried.
.
.
So breathe and say into your heart.
.
.
I forgive myself.
.
.
I forgive myself.
.
.
I forgive myself.
.
.
And feel the power of these words.
.
.
And feel that connection between your heart and your head.
.
.
As the energy and feeling of those words moves.
.
.
Back up into your brain.
.
.
And connected to your heart,
You can start to begin to feel the remapping of your thoughts.
.
.
The remapping of your beliefs.
.
.
And the release of that guilt and shame.
.
.
So as we breathe in now,
We're going to breathe in forgiveness.
.
.
Into our bodies,
Into our hearts and into our minds.
.
.
And when we breathe out,
You can imagine like a thick black smoke leaving.
.
.
And that is the release of guilt and shame.
.
.
So we're breathing in that golden light of forgiveness.
.
.
That warm,
Comforting energy.
.
.
Of connection with self and breathing out.
.
.
Shame and guilt.
.
.
Breathing in.
.
.
I am forgiveness and breathing out.
.
.
Any feelings of shame and guilt you might hold.
.
.
So just for the next couple of minutes,
Do this on your own.

.
Breathe in.
.
.
And breathe out.

And releasing as one.

Just offering some gratitude to yourself.

Saying thank you to you for giving yourself this experience.

So that you can experience that thanks for yourself.

And allow your mind,
Body and soul to reinforce the habit of receiving and welcoming experiences like this.

More often in your life.

And whenever you're ready,
Just wriggling your fingers or wriggling your toes.

Opening your eyes whenever you're ready.

And going forth into your day knowing that you are one and knowing that shame and guilt are not emotions that you need carry any longer.
