Allow your breath to be even and smooth,

Continuous and effortless.

Let any thoughts be in the background.

Bring your awareness to your eyebrow center.

As you breathe in and out,

Imagine that you're breathing in and out through the eyebrow center.

Focus only on this feeling of the energy as you breathe in and out through the eyebrow center.

Relax through your forehead and eyebrows.

Down through the mouth and the jaw,

Through the neck and the throat.

And then bring your attention to your throat center.

Imagine that you are breathing in and out through your throat center.

Keep your attention focused there.

Relax your neck and shoulders,

Focusing on the throat center,

No thoughts.

Just this awareness of the breath as though you're breathing in and out through the throat center.

And then bring your awareness down to your heart center.

Relax through your whole body,

Head to toes,

Not paying attention to thought.

Focus all of your attention,

All of your awareness in your heart center.

Be aware of the breath as though you're breathing in and out through your heart center.

Imagine a warm,

Brilliant golden light radiating out from the heart center as you breathe in,

Allowing all the cells of your body to bathe in this radiant golden light.

As you breathe out,

Allowing yourself to release anything that is no longer working,

That you don't need any tension,

Any tightness.

Allow yourself to fully exhale,

Fully relax through the heart center.

Allow your mind to be silent,

Your awareness focused in this brilliant golden light at the heart center.

Breathing in and breathing out through your heart center.

Continue to rest with your awareness in the heart center as long as you like.

And if you're ready,

Open your eyes.
