Hello everybody,
Today I would like to introduce you to a practice which is about taking care of your aura.
The aura is an energetic egg which is around our body and everybody has it with different colors,
Different shapes,
Different thickness.
The aura is usually useful to protect us from the environment,
But also it allows us to feel at home in our energetic egg,
To keep our finest and purest and sensitive part protected and to find an environment which is comfortable for us in order to meditate and to connect with the highest part of ourselves.
So what you have to do,
You have to sit in a comfortable position,
Close your eyes and with the power of visualization you start imaging your aura which is around your body.
It's an egg that goes from the top of your head to your feet and is including all your body,
Your physical and energetic bodies as well.
So you have this egg and you start visualizing the colors,
You start visualizing the thickness,
You start visualizing the beauty of it.
What you can do is to use your hands or like the power of your mind in order to clean it,
Clean it from the dust or from other things that don't belong to this egg.
So you start from the top of your head toward your feet and you start in front of you to clean it,
You caress it and you just like take off what is not part of your aura.
And you go on the side as well and you go at the back of your body with your hands or your mind and you clean everything.
When you think that your aura is more or less cleaned,
What you do is you stop all your activities and then you can give light to your aura.
And you visualize light starting from your heart chakra to go toward your aura and giving energy and make it shine more and more.
In order to create a comfortable home for you,
Energetic home in which you feel at ease,
You feel yourself.
You really give brightness and energy to this egg that needs it every day.
You can take your time for cleaning and giving light to it.
If you do it every day,
You build your aura and visualize it with the power of your mind.
You will see how you feel better also when you go out protected because you give space to a very pure subtle part of yourself that can exist while you are living this life.
So if you do it every day,
You will see how you will be shining as well and more peaceful.
