This is a mix of chanting and sinewave amplitude modulation, designed to get your creative juices flowing. There's a modulation at 7 Hz (top of theta, bottom of alpha) and 13 Hz (top of alpha) that are combined in the tones. The voice is wahwah'd so it sounds weird -- it can help you notice any judgments that come up about unusual things. I appreciate the description so much because I tend to come back and listen to this particular track when I am feeling in need of a good shaking up out of a mood I don't prefer to be in any longer, the funny vocals help improve my mood and get my mind onto a more open/creative path.
