Vinyasa yoga is a meditation based, breath to movement practice that helps you learn how to focus and tap in to parts of the mind that help you explore more about you internally. This practice teaches presence, breathing techniques, and movement in the body to relax and release tension out of the body.
Bianca has been teaching since December 2017. Now, having lost over 85 Ibs, she has found joy in sharing her journey with others while teaching yoga, creating yoga mats, yoga apparel, and mala beads, and being a brand ambassador for multiple natural products. Her purpose is deeply rooted in helping people heal through empowering others, yoga, prayer, meditation, and tension release.
Bianca began her yoga journey at a point in her life where she simply wanted to get back to being her. With the challenge
of being the heaviest, she's ever weighed at 237 lbs. She made the decision to choose 3 different workout programs: Boxing, Orange Theory Fitness, and Yoga. With an immediate love and connection to yoga, she researched yoga certifications and made a plan to become an instructor. She is a Yoga Therapist with extensive education as an MBA, 200-HR RYT, Yoga Sculpt certified, HIIT, Meditation, and Sound Therapy. Nutrition, and Energy Detoxification.
She sees the future as an opportunity to serve in the highest capacity to uplift, educate, and bring awareness to a healthy lifestyle from head to toe....
