Understanding The Incredible Universe & Your Place Within it

This mind blowing 10-day journey will help to bring perspective and clarity into your life as we explore just how incredible the Universe is whilst having fun along the way! After learning about Planets, Stars, Galaxies and more, you will be guided to create your own visualized “Galactic Roadmap” of the objects in the Universe, their sizes and scales, and best of all... Through a series of stunning guided visualizations, meditations and space themed Soundscapes, you will find yourself floating through space, exploring and developing a deep sense of connection & gratitude for your place within it. No scientific background is needed as this course will cover only basic concepts presented in an easy to grasp way, using everyday household objects as examples!

Lección 1: Welcome Cosmic Travellers!

A huge warm welcome to all cosmic travellers! Day 1 will introduce the galactic journey that we are about to embark on. Get ready to start your engines!

Lección 2: The Galactic Road Map

In this easy to grasp lesson, we will start to learn about the objects in our own Solar System such as the Sun, planets, and moons. Using household objects to give us an idea of sizes, we will begin constructing our visualized “Galactic Roadmap”.

Lección 3: Building the Solar System

In Day 3, we will continue our guided visualization of drifting through the Solar System. We will explore the outer planets and the moon, again using household objects to give us a good idea of their sizes.

Lección 4: Sacred Movement & Flow

In Day 4, we allow movement and flow into our visualized planets. By learning how they spin and orbit, we will Immerse ourselves in the sacred flow of Space.

Lección 5: The Scale of Big: Distance

In this lesson, you will gain perspective of the huge distances between the Earth, Moon, Sun and other planets in our Solar System. We will continue building our “Galactic Roadmap” using a new fun visualization, involving walking across the pitch of an empty football stadium! This lesson can also be done outside in nature.

Lección 6: Back to The Classroom

This lecture-based lesson is for those who wish to dive a little deeper. We will learn more amazing facts about our Solar System and discuss some of the simplifications we have made in our meditations so far.

Lección 7: Let’s Build the Milky Way Galaxy!

Now it’s time to expand even further! In this lesson we will learn some incredible things about the Milky Way Galaxy. From newly discovered “Earth Like” Planets to a supermassive black hole. We will visualize what our galaxy looks like by imagining us dropping a bag of salt from the rooftop of our house!

Lección 8: Edge of the Universe & We Found a Time Machine!

Did you know that when you look up at the night sky, you are literally looking back in time? Seeing stars as they were millions of years ago. In this lesson we will find out why the night sky is a natural time machine, how far the universe stretches and why this is all linked to the speed of light.

Lección 9: Floating Through Space

Using everything you have learned so far, this final visualization meditation will take you on an inspiring guided journey of self-discovery to nurture connection to the Cosmos, gratitude, and inner peace.
You will discover your own unique and valuable place within this universe.

Lección 10: Summary: You are the Universe

A final Summary, as you land your rocket ship, and your Cosmic journey comes to an end.

I absolutely loved this course and how he breaks down the wonders of the universe in to bite sized chunks or makes it relatable to everyday objects so you can work out the scale / time / distance. Some nights I would fall asleep listening to his astral wanderings, but I’d come back again the next night to re listen.
