Thank you for joining me here today.

I invite you to find yourself in your favorite,

Most comfortable position.

Gather everything you need to make this a deeply relaxing,

Soothing and restorative experience.

Whenever you're ready,

Gently close your eyes and settle in.

Take a deep,

Slow breath in,

Breathing in peace,

And a deep,

Relieving exhale,

Breathing out fear.

Let's do that a couple more times together.

Breathe in trust.

Exhale worry.

Breathe in love.

Exhale negativity.

With your eyes remaining closed,

I'd like you to imagine yourself laying down on a soft surface in a natural setting of your mind's choosing.

This could be a beach,

A forest,

A grassy meadow,

Or a pile of fall leaves in your childhood backyard.

It doesn't matter where this place is or whether it truly physically exists.

What matters is that it is somewhere just for you to feel safe and comfortable in this moment.

Take a few moments now to drink in the details of your surroundings.

The sights,

Sounds,

Smells and sensations as you ease more into this space.

As you continue to visualize yourself laying comfortably in your natural sanctuary,

Take another deep breath in and on your exhale allow yourself to become heavier.

Take another deep breath in and out,

Allowing your heart edges to soften and any clenching or tightness to release.

One more deep breath in and on your exhale,

Allowing the loving arms of Mother Earth to hold you completely.

I want you to know from soul to soul,

I love you and you are safe here.

If it's comfortable,

Place one hand on your heart and the other on your lower belly and repeat after me aloud or in your mind.

I am at peace.

I am at ease.

I am well.

I am grounded.

I trust my body.

I trust my mind.

I trust my heart.

I trust my intuition.

I release fear.

I release anxiety.

I release anger.

I release attachment.

I welcome healing.

I welcome presence.

I welcome love.

I welcome truth.

I welcome love.

I am connected to my body.

I am safe in my body.

I love my body and my body loves me.

Take a deep breath in and a deep sigh out as you allow the integration of these affirmations.

You can allow your hands to return to a comfortable position or keep them where they are.

From this open,

Calm and relaxed space,

Take a few moments to tune into any physical sensations or shifts in your energy.

If any emotions have surfaced,

Allow them to flow freely,

Without attachment or judgment.

Just notice and feel.

With no need to rush,

When you're ready,

Begin to bring slow,

Gentle movement into your body in any way that feels good.

Feel the material surface beneath you that's been supporting you throughout our journey together.

Slowly blink your eyes open,

Returning to your space.

Allowing yourself ample gentleness and compassion as you go about the rest of your day or night.

I hope this meditation has brought you some peace.

And has helped you feel reconnected to your body and the earth.

Wishing you abundant love and health.
