Welcome to this guided meditation.
This session is designed to help you rest,
Relax and gently focus.
Use it as preparation for longer meditations or enjoy it for comfort and relaxation by itself.
So let's begin by releasing any tension around your eyes and your jaw.
And also let your stomach relax.
Let your body take care of itself in the way it knows how.
And take a few deep breaths to centre yourself.
And kindly tell your body and mind to relax even more.
Bring a smile into the centre of your heart and let it grow to all parts of you.
Infusing it with love in whatever form feels wonderful.
And enjoy this for some deep moments.
And as you rest in this,
Bring a light awareness to your body breathing.
Upon the sensation of breathing.
Nothing more.
Feel the breathing happen all by itself.
Don't follow it.
Don't search for it.
Because it's already happening in the space of your awareness.
Be here and feel this wonder of breathing.
So let it rise and fall away.
As your body breathes automatically,
Tell your body and mind to relax more deeply.
With every breath,
The deeper you go.
Kindly and slowly relax deeply.
Effortlessly.
Imagine your body softening with every breath.
Rest in this quiet pleasure.
And you might recognise in this quiet space,
Larger than the sense of eye that cries,
Deeper than the sense of eye that moves,
You can relax and be still.
And aware of even more of the space within and all around you.
Naturally effortless,
Simply being.
So meditation becomes a pleasure.
Right now everything is perfect as it is.
Like the sun rising and the sun setting.
Everything is taken care of in a magical way.
And when you wish,
You can feel effortlessness soaking through your whole being.
So all tightness dissolves and a warm comfort saturates everything.
Softening and slowing down.
And a gentleness of openness and trust.
And melting deeper and soften into the awareness within and all around.
To truly be at peace and still.
The sense of who you once were relaxes and fades in awareness.
Feeling reassured that everything is perfectly fine.
Thoughts fade into the awareness all around.
The deep easiness,
It's like an invitation to your heart and mind to go deeper within.
To explore and have fun.
Make a choice to sit quietly every day.
Because these are special times in sacred places.
The cause of your existence awaits your arrival.
And the earth celebrates your true purpose.
It's easier to dedicate the time to feel the call of the open heart.
To be gentle and kind to all.
