Jens was initiated into an inner Light and Sound and began a meditation which brought him to the source of his existence. It is life changing and like nothing that he could imagine. So, pretty profound. Mindfulness based stress reduction was taught as part of his work helping people recover from substance use. He is learning to live with kindness, honesty and respect because we share a beautiful earth, with the possibility of discovering our connection in love as the source of all things.
