I am so so delighted to be here with you and so thank you for receiving this transmission.

Thank you for bringing your kind and beautiful heart here to soak in whatever wants to come through.

I'm calling this meditation my wild heart meditation and it's meant to inspire you to come back to your the frequency and the vibration of your own beautiful wild heart the soul song that wants to sing through you and we can life can really muddy the waters of hearing our own hearts calling and the practices that you'll be guided through this is non-dual awareness these modern non-dual awareness teachings that are at the heart of how I guide are really meant to illuminate to you in a very this is part of the direct path so it's meant to illuminate for you in a very direct way the wild beautiful heart that you are so this isn't meant to be a visualization and it's not meant to be just traditional mindfulness either where there's sort of a witness just watching things go by you're really I'm really inviting you to open into a space where the universe herself can be the guide of the meditation because the thinking mind cannot awaken and the senses cannot awaken so really what's happening is we're creating the space and the conditions that allow awakening to unfold naturally and that awakened heart mind that we're gonna invite online here is it's already ready it's already actually awake right no one's awakening but we are setting the conditions where you can see in this new way or perceive that your awakened heart where you connect with that and you recognize that you are that okay with that I also want to say that I will be using a beautiful bowl to begin this is a crystal alchemy bowl that resonates at the heart chakra so it's a perfect accompaniment to this guided meditation so enjoy receiving the beautiful activations of this heart energy oh and one last thing I have another tool here that is supporting us I have a beautiful tool called the Healy technology so all of these are meant as support for again to bring this awakened heart mind online for you okay so with that I invite you to take your meditation posture and this could look like sitting up with your like it feels like a string is pulling you gently upright lightly closing your eyes and just bringing yourself into the beautiful interior spaces where we can take the seeing offline for a moment visual cortex come into this space of just being with our bodies and if there's a position that's more comfortable for you if you prefer to receive laying down that's perfect as well more than anything make yourself comfortable to receive and then with your eyes gently closed relax your jaw relax your cheeks relax your eyelids relax your tongue and this relaxing the tongue is a very important one the tongue the tongues tension actually signals to the body it is very directly aligned with the nervous system so if you relax your tongue you actually signal to the whole body to relax so try that and notice what happens when you consciously relax your tongue and your whole face now and then place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly really letting yourself now honor your own body this beautiful care that you are taking of your body to be doing this meditation it's no small feat to make space in our busy lives to take care of ourselves in our inner state and yet it is the most important thing we can do for ourselves and others so the very fact that you are here and you are honoring your own being in this way and your own state of being is huge so bring immense gratitude and appreciation for the will that brought you here that you care so deeply about yourself in the world that you are here and feel that gratitude ripple through all the cells in your body all the way down to your toes to your knees to your hips to your belly to your heart your fingertips and then open your awareness into the space in your room so letting your mind expand out if you want you can drop your hands in your lap becoming aware of the space in the room and then not being aware of space but as space feel awareness that you are touching every molecule every atom in the room and then the space between those atoms and then opening your body to receive the sound becoming aware of the sensation of hearing that hearing is happening not needing to know who or what is hearing just hearing all the cells in your body to receive the sound not just your ears and if the thinking mind jumps in it's don't make a problem out of it wild beautiful space of your heart as it's been activated by a sound I invite you to tune in to the energy in your heart tune in to the energy of your heart feeling the space in the cavity of your heart not thinking about the space in your heart but actually direct knowing so see if you can feel what it's like to feel the space in your heart so this isn't a looking down from the mind or the brain no thought is needed to connect with your heart simply intend to open the portals the channels to your heart and trust that through that intention it is so just feel what's there breathe now intentionally in the space of your heart so breathing in on the count of about five or six and then breathing out through the mouth like a straw about seven or eight so that that exhales just a little longer than the inhale and then bring to mind a memory a beautiful memory of something that makes you smile in your heart so this could be a favorite place in nature this could be the birth of a child this could be a moment with a lover or with a pet bring to mind some memory that when you are there you feel complete you feel like nothing is missing and feel that memory like a frequency or a vibration in your heart if the memory were a song what would that song sound like and I invite you to actually begin to hum to yourself and hum out loud that song that that memory evokes I'm gonna play while you do that some beautiful bowl accompaniment and you know it's song through the feeling of joy of expansion of love of peace to yourself how does your body receive this song read up until this moment about who you were or what your path was anything that wasn't in resonance and harmony with this perfect love song of your heart and imagine the whole world receiving your song welcoming your song embracing your song as though it is the most exquisite and perfect song that has ever been sung your song is the most beautiful song there ever was and the world is here receiving it nothing is missing nothing more is needed and so it is thank you thank you so much for your practice for your presence for your song and when you're ready I invite you to open your eyes
