We are all energy and we are all energies around us and as we sit and move less our energy can become stagnant and if we're not focused on that energy and that movement of that energy it can actually become stagnant.

So it's really important to move sometimes with meditation instead of just like sitting and focusing on our breathing and our being in our thoughts sometimes movements important to kind of release some of those thoughts,

Release some of that energy release some of that tension that we can hold into our shoulders and we can easily release all of that by like shaking our self out a little bit we can shake our arms out we can just sit somewhere and just like shake our arms or like shake our legs a little bit kind of do a nice easy movement to kind of get that energy flowing again,

Relax some of our muscles,

As we continue to kind of be aware and consciously aware of where we're holding that energy because as we're tensing our muscles we're holding a certain amount of energy there.

And when we kind of go through our body and tense our muscles and relax our muscles like you can start with your shoulders of hunching your shoulders up,

And then relaxing them down and kind of doing circles with your shoulders to kind of release that energy shake it out from your hands.

Flick your fingers so the energy can kind of go back out into the universe and cycle back out.

Put your hand on your sternum and kind of sway back and forth and just feel the movement of the energy moving down through your body into your stomach area and through your hips,

As you kind of sway this is something you can do with their standing or seated.

And then let that energy kind of move through.

Enjoy it.

Just relax a little bit.

Get your head movement in there.

Have your upper body movement.

And now shake your arms and release some of that energy out flick your fingers release some of that energy out.

And then we're going to just kind of tighten our thighs and relax them a little to help move that energy from your stomach area into your legs.

And we can take a breath.

We can just mildly breathe through this whenever you feel you need to take a breath but be consciously aware more of your movements than you are of your breath.

We're going to keep those thighs kind of clenching and releasing alternating sides so you kind of have a balance between the two.

Don't do them at the same time,

Do it at separate times and then you're going to kind of do that with your calf area and wiggle your toes.

As you wiggle your toes you're going to feel the energy travel from your crown down into your toes,

And you kind of just get your whole body movement into that.

Get a little sway get a little movement in there.

Release that energy.

This is a great way to kind of wake up in the morning and be present,

Be mindful,

Put a smile on your face,

Enjoy that little bit of movement,

Get some positive energy going on throughout your body,

Getting that moving and going.

Yeah,

That feels better.

Let's get up and get going for the day.

Um,
