Sensation awakens in your feet,

Your legs and your hips,

As though your body aligns effortlessly with the ground beneath you.

Stability is present,

Your body rests into this feeling of being held.

Imagine a warm steady current rising from the earth,

Flowing through the soles of your feet and gently upward.

This current feels intelligent and reassuring,

As if the ground itself recognises you.

It carries steadiness into your legs,

Strength into your centre and ease into your shoulders.

Your posture aligns naturally as this grounded energy fills you.

Awareness spreads into your hands and arms,

Fingers soften,

Palms feel open and alive.

A gentle openness expands through your chest,

Giving your heart space to feel light,

Calm and clear.

Your heartbeat settles into a peaceful rhythm,

Quietly affirming balance within you.

Now,

Imagine something unique,

A soft inner compass forming at the centre of your chest.

This compass glows with a subtle light,

It does not point north or south,

It points towards steadiness,

Towards clarity,

Towards what truly matters to you today.

And as you breathe,

The compass steadies,

Offering a quiet sense of direction and trust.

Visualise yourself standing in early morning light.

The air feels fresh,
