Hello and welcome to this meditation designed to help you fall into a deep,
Deep sleep.
All you have to do is close your eyes and follow my guidance.
I want you to begin by letting go of any emotional attachment you have from the day.
Any negative feelings,
Any feelings of overwhelm,
Give yourself permission to release them from your body in this moment.
Sink yourself into your mattress and as you do so,
Allow every muscle in your body from head to toe to relax.
As your body relaxes,
Your mind relaxes and as you relax,
You release,
You release tension,
You release stress.
And as this practice progresses and progresses,
You feel more and more relaxed.
Begin focusing on your breath,
Your natural breath.
No need to change what you're doing,
Everything you are doing is absolutely fine.
You have done so well today and you can be proud and you deserve a good night's rest.
No matter what it is you've done today or haven't done today,
You deserve this rest right now.
The more time you spend snuggled into your mattress,
The more and more you can feel each individual muscle relaxing.
And as you do so,
You can feel the pressure from your joints releasing.
Your body feels more free and less tense.
So start focusing on your neck and imagine a warm light just releasing any tension in this area.
Soothing the area,
Move around as you need to,
To find the most comfortable position for your neck.
Moving down to your shoulders,
Doing the same thing,
Imagining a warm light releasing any tension in this area.
The same for your upper back.
Moving down to your lower back and your abdominal area.
Allow this light to flow easily in this area,
Releasing all tension.
You are so relaxed right now.
Moving down to your hips and your bottom,
Relax this area.
Any muscles you feel that are squeezing or tense in this moment,
Give yourself permission to relax them and feel at ease.
You deserve this time,
You deserve this rest.
Now imagine the light moving into your arms and into your legs.
Feel free to move these areas as well and release all tension.
You are safe,
You are at peace,
You are relaxed.
And finally,
This loving light then moves into your fingers,
Into your hands,
Into your feet and into your toes,
Into your head.
And now this light is circulating throughout your body entirely.
At this point you may feel an overwhelming sense of peace.
And this is the peace that you deserve on a daily basis,
Never forget that.
Always give yourself permission to unwind and deepen your awareness.
And now,
You are ready to move on to the next part of your day.
Daily basis,
Never forget that.
Always give yourself permission to unwind and decompress.
You don't have to hold on to that energy,
You need to give yourself time to let it go.
You will be just as productive,
If not more productive,
The more time you give yourself throughout the day.
You are not wasting your time,
You deserve this time.
It's important you have this time.
Once again,
Focus on your breath for a couple of minutes and allow you to listen to the beautiful background noise.
And finally,
As you begin to truly relax,
Give yourself permission to begin drifting into sleep.
You have done so well.
You are perfect just as you are.
You deserve blissful rest.
There is always peace to be found no matter your situation.
