In this meditation I'm going to be taking you on a visual journey where you are going to be able to heal yourself using the power of crystals.
Now you may want to keep one of your crystals beside you during this meditation if you own one but if not you can still do this meditation and it will still be just as powerful.
The benefits that you'll receive from this meditation are stress reduction,
You'll feel more grounded,
You'll feel more spiritually connected to everything and hopefully it will bring a sense of contentment if you've been feeling on the edge lately.
This mountain seems to be glowing white and at this moment you're not entirely sure why but you can feel this energy coming from the mountain.
It's a pure energy and it makes you want to climb this mountain.
You're not sure if you want to reach the top or if there's a part of this mountain that is speaking to you but you know that this is a journey that you must make.
You see a path at the bottom of the mountain you decide that this is the way that you are going to climb.
It seems to be a carved out path and you feel as if this is the route that you should take.
You begin to slowly climb this mountain of energy.
As you step onto the path you immediately feel this tingling sensation within your feet.
It's almost as if you've immediately connected with this energy that you could feel.
This is giving you a sense of presence,
Allowing you to feel grounded and really connected with the mountain itself.
You continue walking.
As you climb this mountain follow the path.
There are beams of energy that are slowly making their way past you going down the mountain.
You immediately understand that these are souls that have climbed this mountain for the same reason that you have.
You can't see the souls in terms of their physical bodies.
You can see their energies as they move past you.
Different colors,
Different personalities.
You sense that they have been on a healing journey themselves.
This is why you are climbing the mountain.
You finally reach a peak.
It's not the very top of the mountain but you're a fair way up and you can look over at the beautiful view below you.
Everything's green and natural.
There are trees,
Lakes,
Grass,
Meadows,
Beautiful blue sky with white clouds slowly floating.
You can see birds,
See deer in the meadows.
It's one of the most beautiful scenes and you have a feeling that this place of incredible beauty,
The heart of it is this mountain.
This is why the land around it is flourishing.
Why there is so much life and vibrance.
Everything has grown,
Stemmed from this mountain and you know now why so many souls have taken this journey up this mountain.
You take one last look at the view.
You turn around and you notice right in front of you there is a cave and there is someone standing at the front of the cave.
You can actually see their physical body.
It's an older gentleman and you approach this gentleman and he begins to speak to you.
He says what do you wish to receive?
It makes you think for a moment.
What do you wish to receive?
He doesn't need to elaborate.
You know that he means what healing do you wish to receive when you enter this cave.
This is the trip that all these souls have taken.
It was to get to this specific cave.
This is the guardian of the cave.
Who has stood guarding this area for thousands of years.
What do you wish to receive?
Think about it for a moment.
Maybe you want to feel less stressed.
Maybe you want to receive answers.
Maybe there's something in your life that's missing that you wish to meditate upon when you enter this cave.
I'll give you 30 seconds or so to think about this.
The guardian smiles at you and recognizes that you understand why you have taken this journey more now.
He moves to one side and beckons you into the cave.
This is your cue to walk into the heart of the mountain.
As you walk in there's this immediate burst of energy.
You can feel the vibrations inside the cave.
There is this frequency,
This powerful frequency which is entering every crevice of your body.
Going straight through you.
It's a good feeling.
It's an empowering feeling.
It's an immediate purification.
You know now why so many souls have come to this cave.
As you look around you,
You see crystals,
Gemstones,
Quartz.
All around the roof and the walls of the cave.
All the colors of the rainbow,
The whole spectrum is on show,
Crystallized and shining.
There's this pure light radiating through the cave.
The feeling is like nothing you have ever felt before.
It's like this frequency is touching your very soul.
Feel this frequency healing.
Giving you answers.
You hear a whisper.
The answers are within.
Listen to this frequency.
You are now connected with the mountain.
Remember the growth that the surrounding areas of this mountain received.
The purity has grown so much life and abundance.
That purity is now entering your body with this frequency from all these crystals from the heart of the mountain.
I'm going to leave you to meditate in this space for a couple of minutes.
You are now connected with the mountain.
You are now connected with the mountain.
You are now connected with the mountain.
You are now connected with the mountain.
You are now connected with the mountain.
You are now connected with the mountain.
You take one last look at the cave and the beauty within it.
And you begin to leave.
You come to the front of the cave where the guardian stands.
He doesn't say anything and you just look at one another within the eyes.
And there's this understanding that you have received the benefits.
That you wish to receive even if the answers did not come to you.
They will do over time.
Be patient with yourself.
You begin to take the journey back down the mountain.
And you notice souls going up.
And you remember the souls that you passed when you were going up the mountain.
And you realize that you are now one of those souls coming back down.
After receiving all these incredible benefits from the heart of the mountain.
You get to the bottom and to your surprise.
You see your physical body.
And immediately you are magnetized to it and sucked back in.
You are now back in your physical body.
You didn't realize that you had even left your physical body.
And you now know why you are passing pure souls on the way up.
This was one of the benefits of the journey.
You were able to detach yourself from your physical limitations temporarily.
And all that was left was the pure,
Unlimited,
Infinite potential of you.
You have now brought these benefits into your physical body.
And you will begin a healing process over the next week,
Over the next month.
And you'll notice that pains and aches will begin to ease.
Be less intense.
You'll notice that questions will begin to be answered.
You'll notice that you'll have a different perception of your interaction with the world and everything around you.
I want you now to focus on your breathing for a moment,
One minute or so.
And then slowly awaken to the reality around you.
I'll give you a minute to just focus on your breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
