Crystal Energy Meditation For Soul Healing

This is a crystal healing meditation for soul healing. You will be taken on a journey of the soul to heal yourself using powerful crystals within the cave of a mountain.

You may use your own crystals in this meditation or you can meditate without them. Crystal healing is powerful because there are certain energies and frequencies that crystals emit that help to heal the soul from anxiety, stress and allow for vital energy, motivation and happiness.
