Corruption,

Destruction,

No wonder we can't function.

After all this time,

We have come to this junction.

I hate to see you hurting.

It's hard to be in pain.

Feeling every part of it,

I'll never be the same.

Some call me sensitive,

Was once desensitized.

The compassion that I carry isn't something to be sized.

There's not an extra point for those who live in fear,

Spouting hateful curses when love is coming near.

How can there be peace when so many hearts are broken?

Let in light out of dark.

A person is not a token.

We are all divine.

Don't let the shadow get you down.

Your light just wants to shine and spread kindness all around.

There cannot be peace if there is a war.

Inside yourself,

Open the door.

It starts with you.

It's all you can do.

Your potential is waiting for you to see through.

Beautiful, I love your poem! I would feel it more when you would talk slower, just a tip. πŸ₯°
