Take a deep inhale.

Exhale.

Push your energy into your feet that are placed flat on the floor.

Allow your spine to align.

Drop out of your head,

Into your beautiful,

Loving heart.

Bring to mind the situation.

It's a little stressful.

And instead of imagining the worst,

I want you to see yourself thriving and alive.

I want you to imagine the most thriving and successful and motivated version of yourself.

See yourself succeeding.

See yourself at your best.

Place your hand on your heart.

Close your eyes.

Activate that vision of you at the top of your game.

Follow the successes that follow.

See yourself communicating clearly.

Asking confidently and assertively for exactly what you need.

See yourself thriving and alive.

Attracting all abundance.

Attracting life.

Attracting love.

Doesn't that feel nice?

Let your wings expand.

Let yourself fly.

There's nothing standing in your way.

Not even your own doubt.

You're eradicating your insecurities.

You're allowing yourself to shine.

It may be a difficult situation,

And you've got this.

Gently open your eyes.

Look around.

Name five things to yourself and really ground yourself in your body.

Stand up and stretch as tall as you can stretch.

Bring your hands into prayer position over your heart.

Hold that vision.

Smile on your face.

One foot in front of the other.

And go knock it out of the park.
