In this guided meditation, you'll begin by uncovering the thing you want to experience more of in your life, whether that's safety, love, respect, peace, or something completely unique to you. Then, using your breath, imagination, and visualization, you'll begin to create that feeling within your body. When we learn to create internally what we've been seeking externally, we naturally begin to invite more of that feeling into our lives. We carry that energy into our conversations, decisions, and daily lives, becoming it more fully with each breath.
