Emma is a yoga teacher and intuitive writer who uses meditation to quiet her mind and connect with her gut, heart, and intuition. She shares grounding techniques and simple practices for anyone who wants to declutter their mind and energize their body. Emma’s meditations often draw on insights from her writing. She teaches intuitively, weaving in themes and ideas that guide you back to your inner wisdom and body. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2018 and is currently on hiatus from in-person teaching while deepening her own practice and sharing it with others online.
